Chilakil has the BEST humbling home food you can get in town you all plates are great, the place is not the best looking but like they do not judge the book by it’s cover, it’s the best in town
I was in the mood for some chiqualiles so I went right to the restaurant that is named after my favorite dish. Reading the previous reviews, it seemed like people either loved or hated it. When you first pull up, the restaurant kind of looks closed. Then open sign wasn't lit up but as soon as I pulled the door open, the distinct smell of the flavorful food wafted out and made me hungrier than I already was.
