Today I went to Los Panchos , I haven't been there in forever . The place was given a beautiful face lift on the outside . Inside are new floors tables and a beautiful bar . The menu was very attractive with lots of choices and excellent authentic dishes . The server was very prompt and helpful with the menu . I ordered the short rib dinner which came with rice & beans . First time here & WOW it's good! Got this Machaca plate to go & it's some of the best I've ever had. These potatoes with peppers & onions are surprisingly amazing! I never expect much from a side of potatoes but these are special! They almost shine as much as the Machaca itself. I can't wait to come back & dine-in with my husband so we can try more things. The restaurant looks so beautiful inside & the service was friendly & fast. Definitely a new regular spot for me.

I came here on a Saturday and it was pretty empty during the lunch hour. The staff was awesome and very attentive. This looks like a place you could go to if you have a big party to sit. I ordered a standard dish, beef enchilada plate. It was pretty good! I enjoyed the beans and rice especially. Flavor was very satisfying.
