B & B Donuts is a great doughnut shop with delicious, fresh, and big doughnuts. The service varies depending on who you get, with younger staff being always friendly, while some older ladies may seem grumpy. The bathrooms could use some improvement as there was no toilet paper and a huge key holder with nowhere to put it. Despite this, the amazing customer service provided by a lovely young lady made a lasting impression on customers, prompting them to go back and express their gratitude. For a tasty treat and world-class customer service at the drive-thru, B & B Donuts is worth a visit.
