Yeokjeon Halmaek Reviews
This place exceeded our expectations! Every dish we ordered was delicious, especially the seafood jjamppong and the crispy fried chicken with fries. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the restaurant had a fun, authentic Korean pub vibe. If you’re looking for a great spot for dinner, drinks, and sharing plates with friends, I highly recommend this place. Definitely worth a visit!
Beer was freezing cold and ices up and was very refreshing. Food was very good with lots of spice and flavor. Atmosphere and music were also great. Drinks arrived almost immediately and food came boiling still. Overall a very great experience and highly recommend going

Yeokjeon Halmaek is a Korean pub in downtown Fullerton, located right next to All bout Pho and the Kickin crab, literally off Harbor blvd. The restaurant has a pub vibe with lots of tv screens, decent amount of indoor tables and seating along outdoor in the patio. Clean fun environment. The beer was freezing cold and ices up and was very refreshing. The food was very good with lots of spice and flavor. Every dish ordered was delicious, especially the seafood jjamppong, the crispy fried chicken with fries, Jjapagetti, and Kimchi Nabe. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The Kimchi Nabe was flavorful and comforting, and the Jjapagetti paired really well with the drinks. The sherbet was a perfect refreshing finish to the meal. The atmosphere was fun, and the music was also great. Drinks arrived almost immediately and food came boiling still. They have complimentary fresh popcorn that’s refillable. You order your food on the tablet on the table. The only bummer part was they were backed up in the kitchen so it took a while to get food items. Parking in downtown Fullerton is a bit of a struggle especially on weekends and nights. Parking is free during the day but after 9 p.m. there's a parking charge. Definitely recommend going.
