“I usually get my drink before going to work, this time I was 3 min before 9pm. There was another car in front of me getting a big order. By the time I got to the speaker to order it was 9pm and all I heard was "sorry unfortunately we are closed". I worked for many years in CS and I don't remember turning a way a customer for waiting in line before closing time. Most of the time the drive through staff is awesome, but this time I was disappointed.“
“Who in this lifetime enjoys Starbucks and its coffee, lattes, frapps, sweets, juices and the list goes on....? May be a bit pricey for some individuals but why not go ahead if there is a Starbucks in sight go for it! I give an A+ to the Safeway Starbucks on Glen Cove, Vallejo for customer service and for appearance. I ordered the chestnut praline Christmas coffee and boy it was DELISH! Try it and with the holidays 2024 flavors. Who can go wrong?
