Fantastic food, salsa was exceptional.
Found a total hidden gem! 💎 If you’re looking for the best tacos of your life and no frills, head to El Cora. I just had the Tacos de Frito (carne) and the Taco de Birria, and I am genuinely blown away. Easily the two best tacos I’ve ever had. El Cora Restaurant offers complimentary chips and salsa, with a choice of sweet or spicy salsa. The quesobirria tacos are packed with meat and served with extra cilantro and onion on the side. The Al Pastor crunchy tacos are flavorful, and the green enchiladas are a bit small but fresh with lots of cheese and sour cream. The restaurant is authentic, clean, and family-friendly with affordable prices. Customers have praised the refreshing fish tacos, delicious pozole, fajitas, and carne asada platters. The food is flavorful and consistently good, with starters like chips, salsa, and bean dip with a little chorizo. Service is friendly and attentive, with food ready in about 15 minutes. The restaurant is popular among visitors passing through, and many guests enjoy returning regularly. Some customers noted the flies circling around the food, but overall, it remains highly recommended for those seeking authentic Mexican cuisine. Payment policies may require cash tips, which some find inconvenient.
