“Delighted by my midday visit to Urban Punjab in garden grove for a lunch at 3 PM—serendipity in its timing as they were open and welcoming. Tucked away in a modest shopping center that also boasts a superb shawarma joint, this place is a hidden treasure. The tandoori chicken and dal makhani I savored transported my taste buds straight to the streets of Delhi with their authentic, extraordinary flavors. The lacha paratha? Simply genius. Service was extraordinary, matched by the unique touch of serving drinks in metal, regal glasses that elevate the dining experience to one of noble indulgence. Having the pleasure of meeting both owners, their dedication was evident in every aspect. “I always wanted to visit as I’ve been seeing this place everywhere on TikTok. Glad I did! There was a long line but it didn’t take too long for us to order. The wait for the drinks wasn’t that long either. I got the double matcha and I loved how strong it was. Highly recommend and definitely worth the hype!“

“This place has minimalistic decor that’s bright and simple. They have very unique drink flavors and they offer cold brew, matcha and Einspänner, which I don’t see so often. It’s a Viennese drink that I drank every day when I was in Vienna and Europe where the top layer is a really thick whipped sweetened cream. But nowadays, it translate to any drink topped with this thick sweetened cream on any type of drink not just espresso.

I got strawberry matcha latte for myself and picked up ice pistachio latte, biscoff cookie butter latte and strawberry lemonade for the family.

The strawberry matcha latte has been the best matcha I’ve had by far. It’s nutty not grassy or bitter so you know it’s not low grade, yet it’s bold and strong. The strawberry purée was perfect. It wasn’t thick like jam or thin like syrup. It still had the pulp and when you mix it, it didn’t change the matcha taste.

The coffee tastes amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised by how many Korean dishes they offer — from kimbap and bulgogi bowls to crispy chicken. Everything looks fresh and homemade.

The atmosphere is cozy and spotless, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I ordered the kimbap, and it was huge and full of crunchy, colorful veggies — so satisfying and healthy at the same time!

The very sweet Alisha (and her staff) went out of her way over and over to make this such a beautiful day. The location was adorable, food was insanely delicious, the drinks and desserts were absolutely incredible. And my sweet sister was delighted. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the best day! I will make a stop in here each time I'm in town.“

Had double banana coffee.

Solid offering. Foam being the trend right now, is subdued and subtle than other micro high end places.

Little too sweet for my liking but the bitterness of the coffee balances it out nicely.

IDK if I would go out of my way to come, but it's I'm in the neighborhood I'm dropping by.

I hope this place succeed competing against da vien and cortado.. which have been my go-to.

Also got their durian ice cream and omg it tastes like real durian, not the chemical taste. The male staff is friendly and takes his time to explain the products and offers ice cream samples.
