“Everything was good. Good food, friendly and funny waitress, they even gave us 10% off because we are here for a birthday meal. The skewers auto rotate which is very nice. The only thing I wish is the food can be cooked faster for bigger parties. Some dish recommendations: scallop, hot dog, lame, beef.“

“I'm so used to getting rice that is room temperature at best. So I ordered the chicken shawarma rice bowl, and the first thing I notice is the rice is warm . . . like really warm. I also have a fear of really hot spicy food because it makes me sick. No problem here - the chicken was so delicious, and not "hot" spicy at all. Just a really great flavor. My friend ordered the same, and her reaction was the same. Great flavor, so tasty! The service was great too! But the very best part was the size of the serving - it was such a generous serving, I had to ask for a to-go container, and enjoyed it again later that day. “PS this is in a shared restaurant called Healthy Bistro, and they both get a joint highest recommendation. I wish they were everywhere, instead of ff chains (that I do not patronize.

SO good. I had the eggplant special, but first I wanted to try something more adventurous. The spicy meatballs with marinara and sour cream (??) did not disappoint. The lentil soup... the (complimentary) baklava... salad, millet(?)... everything was superb.

Sorry to deduct for the atmosphere. I'm used to the country, I think. Actually, I'll put a star back, because the kitchen is all right in front of your face. They're not hiding.“

“Bright, airy restaurant that is larger inside than appears from outside. Plenty of parking in the shopping center lot, although you may have to walk a bit when all of the eating places are crowded. Typical SoCal ordering set-up with menu board above the order station. Make your choices, pay, find a table, and wait for your order. You can get your self-serve drink and condiments while you're waiting. Service is generally good with some enthusiastic staff. Food is very good. We shared a chicken schwarma plate with hummus and pita. We added on sides of another hummus and pita. Note that hummus and pita count as 2 sides here. The hummus was good and generous. The pita was grilled and was that lovely fluffy Greek style pita. The schwarma was tender, tasty, juicy, and covered in drippings. I wasn't into spicy, so I got the OG garlic sauce. Deliciously subtle. Prices are reasonable for these days. I noticed another store closer to where we live. Good to know.“

“I always order food to go from here so I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere, but the food is always good. Favorite is the koobideh, but I’ve also had the chicken kabob, rigatoni Rosa, chicken pesto linguine, chicken pesto panini, and the flat iron shish kabob. Everything is good. The chicken is a little dry, but [I believe] it is white meat, so that is to be expected. The koobideh occasionally comes out with one half of the skewer a little more cooked than the other half. No matter, it’s always delicious as is all the food I’ve tried here so I highly recommend it.“
