“One suggestion I have is to make use of the Pizza Portal pickup system that's advertised on your website. Every time I place an online order, I still have to wait in line to pick up my food, & this location is extremely busy all the time so it loses its value for ordering online because the portal isn't being used. Putting it into service could make pickups much faster for customers and save employees time by reducing the need to hand out online orders one by one. It seems like it would create a smoother experience for everyone.“
