“The customer service is commendable. Despite an initial billing error, the issue was swiftly resolved. While awaiting my pizza, a second staff member approached me, acknowledged the mistake, and promptly issued a refund. This was done proactively, without me even being aware of the overcharge.

“Usually a great place with good food. They were unusually busy this nite and brought me a regular pizza, not the pretzel crust I had ordered. When I showed them , instead of admitting the mistake and correcting the order they tried to convince me that it was indeed the pretzel crust, even going so far as the put pretzel salt on it? unfortunately for them I am a regular and know my pizza crusts... First time out of 16 visits anything was wrong so overall I still highly recommend it.“
“I've never had a problem at this Caesars i recommend it to any and ALL. Fast service when available staff. Courteous staff and hot and ready pizza .... Prices good but we want our 5-6$ pizza 🍕 if possible summer and winter... sincerely JESUS“
“Today when I walked into Little Caesars after a long shift at work. I expected to just get a mid pizza and call it a night. Then one of God‘s angels that we call RIGO, gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received, and I’ve gone to five star hotels, Michelin star restaurants, traveled around the world etc… None of them compares to RIGO. Any restaurant aspiring to receive a Michelin star or two, study RIGO you will never provide the same level of service as RIGO but you have a small chance that you can provide quality that is half of RICO’s.

“I saw some bad reviews at other locations but always had decent pizza from this store.They didn't let me down! The Crazy Calzony was perfectly cooked and tasty. The gal at counter was friendly and helped me find my order.5 Star food and service. Great job!!“
