“Usually a great place with good food. They were unusually busy this nite and brought me a regular pizza, not the pretzel crust I had ordered. When I showed them , instead of admitting the mistake and correcting the order they tried to convince me that it was indeed the pretzel crust, even going so far as the put pretzel salt on it? unfortunately for them I am a regular and know my pizza crusts... First time out of 16 visits anything was wrong so overall I still highly recommend it.“
“My boy (who only went to buy breadstick FYI) was refused to ordering bread sticks 45 mins before closing. Then he had to watch others walk out with fresh breadsticks for the 10 mins we needed to wait for a pizza to be cooked. ?? ....Then, after he got his pizza, he kindly asked 1 more time if he can order some too since others had them.
Sadly and Stupidly, this particular employee still refused to sell him the sticks. Her excuse to why others have them was because "those were ordered online" ??... Low key, I could tell he was completely bummed after that last remark but he's still young enough and didn't dwell on it.
My reason for even posting this story is to point out how stubbornly set on "NO" this employee was about giving him some breadsticks. I cannot comprehend why She couldn't throw some to be cooked alongside the Pizza but I don't work there. Nor do I pretend to know their Policies/Procedures but come on, how hard could it have been to go that extra step“
“The customer service is commendable. Despite an initial billing error, the issue was swiftly resolved. While awaiting my pizza, a second staff member approached me, acknowledged the mistake, and promptly issued a refund. This was done proactively, without me even being aware of the overcharge.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.“
“I’m so grateful for the team who worked on Saturday (5/18) . I saw that they were busy so decided to put my order online. When I got home I noticed I ordered the wrong pizza for my daughter. I called and spoke to Kai, (I think thats his name) he was so understanding and with the managers approval they were able to get me a new pizza. I brought back the pizza and apologized for my mistake. The location was super busy and they were professional and so nice. Waited not even two min and they handed me my new pizza. Thanks so much guys ??.“
“I saw some bad reviews at other locations but always had decent pizza from this store.They didn't let me down! The Crazy Calzony was perfectly cooked and tasty. The gal at counter was friendly and helped me find my order.5 Star food and service. Great job!!“
