So disappointed. I keep trying to give this location a chance and it just seems like it's getting worse and worse. Tonight they forgot to give me a chicken sandwich and mac and cheese. Also, ordered the non spicy chicken sandwich and both came with extra spicy sauce and just the wrong sandwiches. I won't ever go back to this location. Don't waste your time and money.
The chicken was over cooked and slightly burned . It appeared as if it had been refried. Thought the skin had some spicy flavoring , the chicken was bland and dry. The service person was rude not allowing to complete my sentence when ordering , asking multiple times "is that it ?". My intention was to get a large order. However after the intersction with the staff , I opted for a much smaller order. The service and product both suffer.

Hadnt did a review in years. My youngest daughter and I wanted subway across the way but we flipped a coin and Popeyes won. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with no pickles and of course they added pickles. Horrible! We also ordered a 12 piece meal with mashed potatoes and cajun fries that comes with 6 biscuits. Long and behold we opened the bag at our house. No Biscuits! Jeez! Last but not least. The chicken was just a bunch of oil and batter and more oil. No flavor or salt whats...read full review
