Food is delicious, but customer service needs a lot of work, especially in the drive thru. I ordered 2 drinks and didn’t charge me for 1, after I ordered and then they took like 3 minutes to keep placing the rest of my order.

Great spicy chicken sandwich. Soda very overpriced!!!!
I mobile ordered fried pickles and chicken strips. They were out of the fried pickles. Understandable that happens. But they parked me for the chicken and I waited for over 25 minutes. I went inside and asked if they were still working on my order. Wanted a general ETA or if I could just refund the item, becuase I needed to leave soon.
