I'm from Binh Thuan and I've been craving Mi Quang and Banh Canh Cha Ca from my hometown since I came to the US more than a decade ago. I finally found this place that has these dishes. Mi Quang here has much more flavors and they even have duck. Highly recommended if you are looking for this kind of cuisine from Binh Thuan.
