In my opinion they have the best PHO & food in Orange County. My whole family loves it. Been going there for at least 5 years. ❤️. Very nice owners too. Always clean and good.
Always make it a point to eat here when I'm in Los Angeles. Great food and attention to detail.

Saigon 9 Vietnamese Restaurant offers tasty food with spectacular service. The friendly waiter made great suggestions, although the beef pho was a bit dry and salty. The egg rolls, house special fried rice, and lemonade soda were delightful. The restaurant has plenty of seating and live music. A great spot for a delicious meal with friends, but can get crowded during peak hours.
