Cafe Starz is a good place. The managers at the front are direct but not rude. They let customers cash app them money in exchange for cash because there is no ATM. Some people have personality conflicts with them, but the managers are stern and direct, not rude or hateful. The staff includes Silky, who is an incredibly nice girl and very easy to talk to. She has a gorgeous smile and wears Chanel perfume. She brought a customer the most delicious strawberry smoothie. Her customer service skills are beyond amazing. However, the restaurant used to be better. The owner usually has a never happy energy. Last time, there was not much staff servicing clients. The music is horrible. Customers do not want to listen to horrible Rap music. The music made one customer walk out after only 30 minutes. The girl that only served the drinks was amazing, but she might have left the place.
