“I recently purchased food from here while attending a conference in the city of Los angeles. It was truly fall off the bone deliciously seasoned chicken. The chicken was tender and juicy. It was a little difficult to separate out some of the smaller Bones from the half chicken but I got through it and enjoyed that I could rend the flesh with my hands because I did not have a knife and fork (I do not mind this it made me feel cool to eat it manually). The bread was spectacular and was baked to a degree of fluffiness that I have not experienced in another bread. I got it with hummus and pickled turnips which were pretty delectable, very toothesome and vibrantly colored. The sauces I chose were the tahini and the red sauce which were both nice accents on the food. I also got a delicious mint lemonade which was the perfect amount of sweet and tart with a nice cool mint flavor.

It is so difficult nowadays to find truly authentic Middle Eastern food, oftentimes it is just a poor imitation co-opted and misappropriated by people from northern Europe who think they have a claim to the land. That's why I am so glad you have gotten food from Jerusalem Chicken where I could tell it was cooked by people truly native to the land.“

“Decided to stop by here on the way to LA after a delicious ice cream treat. We ordered quesadillas and their tacos. The food was spot on and this is after us having some ice cream. The food is prepared outside on the parking lot in front of the store. I love their green sauce and they’re very generous with their cilantro and onions. The service was amazing as the young lady made great recommendations and she was very nice. The ambience is nice because you have a choice of sitting outside on a nice day or if it’s cold you have the choice to sit inside the marketplace.“

“The staff are pretty cool and friendly. I tried the honey butter chicken sandwich. It was really good! I loved the honey butter dripping on my hands, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. My son loved his chicken strips and fries as well, except the medium turned out to be a little too spicy for him. We don't live in the area, but it was a nice spot for us to stop by for a quick lunch.“

“I come here every time I’m in LA. I don’t need a menu, and a lot of times I don’t even need to put my order in. These guys are awesome. They only see me once a month but have my entire order memorized when I walked in. Chicken Tikka Masala, Buttered chicken, 2 mango drinks, Spicy chicken Biriyani rice, and 2 orders of garlic naan.

We don’t even wait 10 minutes before all our food is already out in front of us. One of the best Indian spots I’ve ever been to in the US!“

Just real authentic food without all the pretense of some of the beach city places that supposedly sell "Indian" food. “So I’ll start this by saying that I’ve eaten a lot of gyros in my life. I like gyros. So when I saw there was a spot near me serving gyros, it really excited me and filled a craving that I had for awhile.
I got two lamb gyros with feta cheese and extra tomato/onions. I was greeted with a smile and a laugh from an extremely nice couple. They got my food to me quick and I devoured both. Honestly I could’ve just done one with how big they were.

“It's a BANGER!! Now and days with ridiculous prices for restaurants, I am taking my hard earned money to small business, mom and pop restaurants. The food is better and you get more bang for the buck then going to a large scale fast food restaurant. This place is amazing! Great food and great customer service and proportion size is equal to the dollar amount. The shawrama bowl was a huge highlight for me out of my 2-day binge at this place. I will be coming here again as a Mediterranean favorite when I am in the area.“

“We first found Big Al's Pizzeria on IG. All of their pizzas caught our eye because of the unique flavors that they serve. Can't even tell you how much they exceeded our expectations when it came to the flavors and textures that they deliver. You can tell that they use High Quality, Fresh Ingredients and take pride in their creations, especially with everything being homemade!! I know a lot of people say that it takes a while to receive their pizza but we can tell you IT IS WORTH THE WAIT AND CALORIES!! The combinations on their pizzas are next level and so fun and unique! The pizza dough has the perfect fluffiness, chewy texture and flavor. The wings WOW! Definitely in our top 5 of favorites! So crispy and flavorful! OOh plus the Brisket Sandwich and the bread they use... ufffff!!! Don't forget about Dessert! Even if you fill up on pizza you better at least take a slice home with you because IT IS WORTH IT!! They are large, creamy, flavorful and just AMAZEBALLS! We got the Tiramisu and it was NEXT LEVEL! Everything is OUT OF THIS WORLD and we can't recommend them enough!“

Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a filling meal and a reasonable price! We got two Philly cheesesteaks, one with fries and the other with potato salad, and a large fountain drink to share. Total was $33. They had just enough jalapeños to give that spice, but not too many that it was distracting from the other ingredients. Come check them out!“
