I love this little Japanese bakery! I feel so lucky to live close by. I've purchased a couple of cakes here for different occasions and their fresh cakes are the perfect description of "not too sweet"!I've always called in advance to order, but they have smaller cakes available that you can just walk-in for. In the picture is an 8" strawberry shortcake, 5"chocolate cake, slice of Soft souffle cheese cake, Chestnut Mont Blanc individual cake, and a Trader Joe's Dutch apple pie for size comparison.I tried multiple cakes from this place and overall, the strawberry shortcake and Soft souffle cheese cake were the best!
