Came here because of an IG video. Michelin ramen in a supermarket? Ok I’ll make the drive to see what the buzz is all about. Upon further research, their other location is in the Michelin guide. It’s still clearly advertised as so at this location. But nonetheless, I did enjoy their tsukemen ramen. The broth was rich and hearty. This is a little gem sitting inside the Japanese market. Their main location in Buena Park was awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023. I haven't been to that location so I'm not able to compare it.I'm leaving the review for their regular ramen, but they're known for their dipping ramen (tsukemen). Like all tsukemen specialized places, the broth is extremely creamy and heavy. The noodles are thicker. In for a few quick Bao bites.Sat at this food court inside of a Grocery store I actually ate at Nikuman-y place.Chicken wings, Tai Ramon Soup, ? and a Shrimp bunn. The Cook helped us pick out our Faves as we shared what we like.He told us when we had enough selections as to not over purchase or overceat.And He & my Husband shared a few words in Japanese !! How's that for service. ?
