“Late Review, we dined here (party of 6) around Christmas Time 2022 to celebrate hubby's birthday and also meeting my newly wed cousin Joanne and hubby for the first time. I am very well pleased with the ambiance, like dining at my home's formal dining room. We ordered practically everything in their extensive menu. The food was served promptly and everything delicious !! Everyone enjoyed the feast. I would like to thank the owner especially for giving us a 5 Star personalized service, making it a memorable dining experience. Regrettably cousin Joanne recently passed at a younger age of 48. I will always remember our happy gathering here ♥️“

“Delicious. We had the Kare-kare and lechon kawali with garlic rice today. Sooo good. It's a pretty penny but it's always nice to have your own traditional food, support Filipino businesses and it's so close to our home. The service was so welcoming and I love their metal art on the walls.“

“Great food all around. I had a combo plate with beef kaldereta and lechon kawali — and the lechon was so dang good. Parking kind of sucks, though. There’s a small shared lot with fewer than 10 spots, so you may end up parking on the street if you’re lucky. That said, the food is absolutely worth the hassle.“

“The crispy pork rice bowl is the standout super flavorful, perfectly crispy, and so satisfying. The grilled chicken is good as well, just slightly on the dry side. Service is quick, smooth, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Highly recommend!“

“Spoon & Pork is a Filipino restaurant that never disappoints. Their lechon kawali is crispy and savory, and the adobo rice is a must-try. The flavors are bold, and the portions are generous. The vibe is modern but cozy, and the staff is friendly“

“One of the best places my family and I ate at during our road trip. Best filipino food outside of my mom's kitchen. The empanadas are to die for. The dining room felt like being in a filipino living room with the dark wood furniture and Chinese decor... only things missing were a karaoke machine and a painting of The Last Supper. All filipino food lovers visiting LA must try this restaurant!!“

“This restaurant is our to go place when we want to eat Authentic Filipino Food. The quality of their food is A1 and there’s a lot of Menu Selection from Veggies to Meat to Seafood and they have BBQ Skewers too. I tried different Filipino Restaurant but this place stands the most… some food in other restaurants looks good but when you eat it you will just say “It’s okay food but you will not come back unless that place is the last option” but this place you will look forward to be here again ordering your food 😃👍. Here in Kubo Restaurant everything is freshly made and the service is tough notch- very friendly & smiling people and welcoming 😀😃.
Also, if you are craving for known Filipino Dishes especially during breakfast time which I do 😀 they have a good selections like Tapsilog, Bangsilog, Tocilog, Cornedsilog (Corned Beef), etc. I normally passed by this area when I used to live in Los Angeles to pickup breakfast before going to work.
The place is clean and well maintained.
I highly recommend this restaurant because you can’t go wrong with the food and you won’t waste your money. They do catering too and they have an outside function area that I think you can rent for your next special occasions.“

“I was having a potluck at work and the suggestion they made for food was a nice Filipino dish/appetizer. Solid spot for Filipino food.
At work they wanted lumpia and this spot was able to do an order of 50 pieces & I called ahead. They were delicious and a big hit at the party.
I’d definitely order here again and try their other menu items.“

“12.02.23 We were in the area and I googled Filipino food and this one was top three on options to consider. Service was the best - kind, caring, and really nice front counter reps. Plenty of combo options to choose from and pics on the side walls are pretty good help. Not exactly sure how to rate Atmosphere because the restaurant is inside 99 Ranch market. It's pretty clean eating area which is across the order area and past the spacious entrance.“
“Good Filipino food with affordable price .My catering service on every occasion.“

“I don't know why it took me so long to write this review—honestly, I think part of me wanted to keep this gem a secret!
Bagnet Tea House Restaurant is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel exactly like you are part of a Filipino family. You can tell they take a lot of care with the details; the decor is incredibly attractive and sets the perfect mood.
The service here is incredible, but the food is the real star. It is always served fresh, hot, and ready to go. Best of all, the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommended if you want great food and a genuine, homey vibe.“

“The folks who work here are always friendly. They’re always very warm and welcoming. Classic Filipino hospitality!! I’ve always said that Filipino food is best enjoyed out of someone’s home. Preferably, their grandmother’s!! This is as good as you can get without having to get an invitation or crashing your Filipino co-worker’s niece’s birthday Party!! Their kare-kare is on Point Point (see what I did there?! LOL)!! As well as the lechon kawali!! Literally tastes like my Mamang’s!! My one regret is that I don’t eat here often enough!! Highly Recommended!!“

“I have never ordered a roasted pig before. So this place was the closest one to me. I called the number to order a small roasted pig and the transaction was painless. They answered right away and gave me directions to put a small deposit. The prices are tax included so there's no secret fees. They had my order ready at the time that I requested and the place has a loading spot to park in to load the pig. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated. Mandatory pay the rest of the pig in cash at the restaurant. The pig looked so beautifully cooked and it tasted delicious. The skin was so crunchy. My family loved the food. We have some leftover so for sure the price sheet suggesting how many people it fed is accurate. I would definitely order from here again.“

“I spent a month in Silverlake and I think this was my favorite place I visited during my stay. The staff are always so pleasant and nice and the baked goods are TOO cheap. You literally won’t find a better deal in all of Los Angeles. You must try the turon! I’d never had one before visiting and I am now addicted.“

“Authentic Filipino. We ordered the Maki without noodles (9.50), Miki Bihon (9.50), Kikiam 2pcs (12.50). Paid around $40 including 3 canned drinks. Order the Kikiam. It was so good and really reminded us of home. The miki bihon was legit as well. I liked the Maki but my dad said it should not have ginger in it. Must try little hole in the wall.“

“I live in the central valley, but whenever I come down to Anaheim see my.mom and my sister, I stop by here. I love, love, love their karekare, macaroni salad and buko pandan. Those are only the few reasons why I go there instead of the others that are close by the freeway. Don't get me wrong, all the food are delicious and cooked fresh, but what really gets me to come everytime are the people there. They are so friendly and they always smile. They greet you and they even talked to you, nakakawala ng pagod sa mahabang biyahe. Thank you for being so kind to us. May kakwentuhan ka na, busog ka pa.“
