I excepted better service from this establishment specifically coming from such a big corporation. I waited in line 40 min to get into the store. As only 6 customers are allowed inside. About 15 mins before they close for an employee by the name of Tom made me aware that they are not serving any other drinks besides tea & regular coffee. He was ready rude! & totally not right. We are putting up a Christmas tree in the mall and manager told our crew yesterday that we could use the bathroom before 9 everyday as the mall bathrooms don't open till 9 and have to up most respect for there restrooms. Today one of our crew members went to use the restroom and was declined to do so and told us we had to purchase something to use them. Don't lie to customers because you want to jam out. I came here to grab a couple of drinks, no greetings instead the second I walked in I was told I can only have hot water or plain coffee no milk. When I asked how come I was told their machines haven't been working which was a lie since I live here at the Americana and I was here earlier. They just wanted to not serve and jam. If that's the case then why say you're open!! Just close. Horrible service.
