The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a beautiful shop and a lovely patio area in addition to comfortable indoor seating. The moment you walk in, the aroma alone is worth the visit. It is a true gem, a family business where all the incredible options are handcrafted in-house the old-fashioned way.

The service is excellent, friendly, and helpful. The staff is great and kind, happily explaining the options. The shop offers an amazing variety, including great toffee. Must-try items are the toffee chocolate scone and the white traditional toffee. The scones—such as toffee, white chocolate raspberry, and chocolate chip—are delicious, tender, flaky, soft, and moist inside with a light and crunchy top. Other highlights include the white toffee, the mint toffee, the coffee fudge, fudge, Scottish tablet, salted caramel toffee, and single malt scotch toffee.

For drinks, they have a lot of options, including coffee, iced coffee, hot London Fog, drip coffee, hot latte, and the iced toffee drink. The coffee is okay, nothing special or standout. A note is that the tea was served lukewarm. The only suggestion from customers is to expand dairy-free alternatives to include coconut milk.

Visiting is convenient with both private parking and street parking. The price is a bit high but definitely worth it. This charming place is highly recommended, and customers will definitely be returning.
