I was in the area for lunch when I came across Burd Chicken Rice. The menu and reviews intrigued me and made me hungry. Most of the menu featured dark meat chicken, and the Lemongrass Burrito caught my eye. I placed my order, which arrived at our table in a few minutes. The burrito had a delicious and clean flavor. The chicken was tender, the rice was nicely seasoned, and the veggies added a fresh texture. The ginger scallion sauce added a punch of acidity that complimented it well.

My friend enjoyed his Mix Burd Plate, which included classic and lemongrass chicken. After our meal, I decided to try the Cane Passion drink for the drive home. It was refreshing and sweet.

It was my first time here, and it was a pleasant experience with friendly staff and clean dining areas. I hope to return to the area to try more items or get that burrito again!“

“Hanshin Pocha opening in Rowland means I no longer have to drive all the way to K-Town when I’m craving Korean bar food. I’ve been to the original location many times, so I’m really glad they expanded.

For me, the must-orders are the spicy squid and the cheese hot plates. The rice was fun to mix and tasted decent, nothing mind-blowing but still satisfying.

The fried chicken was just okay — a little on the dry side IMO— but still makes for a solid bite, especially when you’re drinking. I also really appreciate that their beer mugs come pre-chilled. It's the little things.

Overall, a fun and casual late-night spot that brings the K-Town vibe to the SGV. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!“

“My experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken was fantastic! The atmosphere was lively, and the staff was super friendly. I tried the chicken sandwich with medium heat, and it was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The crispy breading added the perfect crunch, and the toppings complemented the spice perfectly. “It's located next to Mi Pulgarcito Pupiseria Salvadoreña and near GS Ethiopian Cafe. I had went to this plaza for another restaurant but they closed already for lunch. I decided to try this grilled chicken place, reminds me of Juan Pollo or El Pollo Loco. It seems family owned with a young teen taking my order.

I chose to try the 16 piece family special with half spicy and regular chicken ($44.99) which came with 4 large sides, tortillas and salsa. I chose their macaroni salad, potato salad, rice, and beans. I got a lunch special for myself that came with a can of soda. The seasoning on the chicken was good, the spicy chicken had a good heat. The skin was crispy and the chicken was moist. My family did not like the sides of macaroni and potato salad.
