I’m not only if she friendly and acknowledges any and every person who walks in she’s not like other bartenders I’ve seen other establishments who are on their phone more than they are working. She brings in a collective of different patrons all friendly Never once not felt safe when I am there It’s a shame the other Bartenders at this places sister establishment in Covina were as well Trained as Rosie. “Probably my favorite bar in the Eastern San Gabriel Valley. I'm here right now abd there's about 15-20 seats directly at the bar and exactly 5 tall cocktsil tables with high stools directly across from the bar . It's dark inside and narrow, 6 flat screen tvs for watchibg the games, one pool table , a small outside patio near the entrance....lots of California Lotto and Lottery options. Impressive selection of spirits from cheap to high end. It's definitely an OG vzr but contemporary. Me likes the Cove.“

I'm not sure if it's every weekend but I've been there Fridays and Saturdays the last two weekends and they've been having a DJ. “This is the iconic neighborhood dive bar in every sense. The clientele is mostly made up of locals or customers who have been coming here for years. By locals, we mean local clientele from the Pomona Valley area , but also extending to all the other nearby cities and communities - Montclair, Ontario, Chino, East San Gabriel Valley cities (Covinas, Glendora, Azusa, San Dimas, La Verne, etc).
Atmosphere is laid-back, friendly and very casual, your typical jeans & T-shirt crowd. Nothing fancy, just a chill place to drop in for a beer, chat for a while and get acquainted with the local vibe.“

My advice to anyone wanting to come check it out is to avoid Friday and Saturday nights. That's when Debbie (downer) the bartender works. Unless you like dealing with an attitude and having to flag the bartender down for service. Hopefully, some day. they'll bring in a better bartender on Friday or Saturday night and make this place happening.“
