Came here for lunch with a party of 5, we were seated right away. We had wings to share with the table and I ordered the short rib melt. I loved the wings that were naked and crispy. The waitress was so attentive and didn't mind giving us all our own ranch or blue cheese to dip. My short rib melt was just ok, a little dry for my liking despite the dip. The tater tots were super crispy and delicious. My coworkers all enjoyed their meals. Will definitely return.
The Stubborn Mule is an incredible restaurant not simply because their outstanding food and drinks but because of their remarkable staff. Courtney and Erica are the most incredible servers we've ever had while visiting any restaurant. They have gone above and beyond when welcoming us on arrival and know our normal orders without asking! They have turned the Stubborn Mule into a place we all look forward to visiting. The pulled pork sandwich was a bit better than average, you can tell the meat was a good quality.
