“Great experience from the minute we walked in until we were walking to the car and the hostess chased after us with one of our jackets. The food was excellent and only bettered by the service. A fantastic choice of wine allowed us to choose an Italian Gavi, which was perfect for our food. I highly recommend a visit here, but reserve a table as it is very popular with locals and visitors alike.”

“Small coffee shop with breakfast burritos, pastries, smoothies and ice cream served during the summer. Also, in the summer, there is kayak and SUP rental, although this year their staff is unavailable with injuries. Behind the building are 6 more tables and a creek that you can dip your feet in. Also we found sand toys to keep my toddler entertained. The service is slow as the shop can only accommodate two people at a time and there was only one person working. Nevertheless we got our food heated and it was quick enough. Smoothies are made from fruit preserves/syrups. We were hoping for real fruit smoothies.”

“Great wine and atmosphere. The service is poor if you aren’t a regular. I waited several minutes to buy a bottle of wine while the staff was busy hitting on a customer. I decided it wasn’t worth the wait if they wouldn’t take care of a new customer.”

As Texans, we’re pretty particular about our BBQ—but Sierra Smokeshow did not disappoint!! We enjoyed the brisket, BBQ chicken, smoked mushrooms, mac and cheese, fruit salad, and their amazing sauces—everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. “Had dinner Friday of the Mother’s Day weekend. Service was excellent! All four of us had different dishes all were very good. There prime rib special was awesome, one of the best prime ribs I have had”

“This food truck is stationed at a beer garden surrounded by beautiful tall pine trees—such a great outdoor setting. You can sip a beer and enjoy the fresh air while waiting for your food.
We tried the fried fish tacos and the barbacoa tacos. The fish tacos were tasty, but the piece of fish was a bit small and got lost in the slaw. My significant other had the barbacoa tacos and really enjoyed them, so I’d say those are a solid choice!”

“Wow!!! That was a great burger! I had to unhinged my jaw like an anaconda for the first bite ot two, but totally worth it. We (2 doggies and myself) had the bacon blue burger. Generous slathering of creamy blue cheese, crispy bacon on brioche. I do recommend wet wipes as this masterpiece is messy but you won't care. Even the doggies appreciated the messiness. To top it off, very friendly and fast service. If you find yourself in Blairsden I highly recommend Bread and Butter!”
