“WOW! The pizza crust is absolutely the best we have ever had - and that includes Chicago and New York Pizzas!! There are lots of options for meat lovers and vegetarians. Three people in our party loved the combo pizza and I loved the vegetarian. All customizable. Art, the owner, is fantastic - he is all about customer satisfaction AND IT SHOWS! Well done!!! As of December 2025 he is working on a new website so do not be discouraged if the link does not work right. Just go and try the pizzas! The best in Gridley, CA! In talking with Art one in our party made suggestions about making the sauce a little spicier. I loved Art's answer - "Yes I can BUT I found one piece of red pepper for a child is too much. We have the jar on every table to season to suit everyone's palate." What a great response and it shows how much he takes all his customers into consideration - old and young alike! Some cosmetic work could be done but that does not impact the food!! “I came here after not coming for a long time and it still is pretty good. I like getting the asada burrito. Customer service is always excellent. It doesn't matter who's there working. I only have two complaints which would be the fact that they don't have any place with shade anymore like they used to and the salsa wasn't as spicy this time around. Yet again, that of course varies since it all just depends on who makes it. Overall, I'd give a 4.5/5 stars”

“Me and my other half have been here many times, we've never had a bad experience whether we walk in or go thru drive thru, my drinks always look how they're supposed to and are great, sometimes with cute little bites on them, absolutely love that. I've seen some not so nice reviews with people that say employees are uneducated as they spell completely wrong. We all have off days and thankfully I've literally NEVER had a bad experience with employees at any Starbucks in any town. I absolutely love going to this location due to the kindness, acknowledgement and drinks always look like they're supposed to, never with foam too just poured on and thin, so thank you so much for that. I say good job, good cute indoor seating, always clean, just an overall good experience 😁”

“Things have improved here! We held a birthday lunch. Ordered two large pepperonis and one large supreme. They were all served within a minute of each other, had plenty of toppings and tasted great. Customer service was very good.”

“The manager is 100% worth 5 stars as well as the food...but some of the workers need to listen better and not walk away before customers are done explaining. Here's what happened..and I'm still giving 5 Stars because the Manager handled it Professionally and the food was awesome. Earlier today about 6-pm or so, I pulled in to the Drive Thru at this location and ordered some meals a long with 1-Small Fry and 2-Medium Fries additionally ... So I pulled to window #1 paid, and then proceeded to window #2 where I got everything EXCEPT the 2-Medium Fries. The young girl came back to the window and I explained to her that I was missing 2-medium fries and incidentally they were not listed on the receipt. She comes back less than a minute later and asks, "Can you check your bag again? The small fry should be in there.". .... I ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THE SMALL FRY! I said 2-MEDIUM FRIES!! .. Instead of yelling I politely explained it. So she takes my receipt and again, less than a minute later comes back with the Manager and he tells me, "The 2-Medium Fries were not charged to your order" ... ..Yes..again, if the young girl listened the first 2 times, this would have already been established.... so I asked if I could just pay and pick them up at the 3rd window, the Manager said that was fine... after some discussion behind the closed window, the young girl tells me I have to come inside. (Had my 3 yr old daughter in the truck by the way..so this irritated me further.) Anyhow, I pulled in to the spot directly in front of the store so I can see my truck. Locked the car and walked in. As the Manager passes by me he tells me that he had told the young girl that I did not need to come in..and he proceeded to finish he transaction and got my 2-medium fries. Long and short...the Manager (Bigger bald guy), was very professional and glad that the store has someone like him to represent the company. 5 Stars for Management. The food was amazing, fries cooked and salted perfectly just like I love them, nuggets were perfectly cooked and the burgers as well. I don't remember Mcdonalds ever tasting that good. 5-Stars for the food as well! Just hope the employee's learn to listen a little better and not walk away shutting the window in people's face before they can finish explaining. Other than that though, the girl wasn't rude or anything so to be fair the service is still worth 5 Stars.”

“Ate here today, and encountered my first Karen! She was irate and throwing a tantrum because she wanted someone to take her order because she didn't want to use the kiosk, which is how we have to order now. She claimed she didn't know how to use it but steady had her iPhone in her hand. The employee let her know that is how we have to order and she said it was stupid that WE have to do her job that they get paid for. She just insulted and belittled the employee the entire time and after leaving she and her husband left all their trash and mess on the table. It's people like her that nobody wants to work fast food anymore they think it's OK to talk how ever they want to employees and nothing happen. To the employee today, Good job for standing up for yourself! To anybody reading this PLEASE take it easy with the employees, they are only following rules and regulations they don't make themselves.”

“Sunday afternoon we ordered the Corned Beef Dinner for Monday since you are closed on Monday my husband picked our meal up and we enjoyed it on Monday the 17th, lots of corned beef the cabbage was great served with potato and carrots, sauces were included thank you so much”

“Very first time here my wife and I were very impressed with the quality of the food! We love that you also get a bean tostada and sauteed onion petals with your meal!! I got 3 carne asada tacos, and my wife got a super burrito. You also get peppers, lime slices, and radishes! Prices are just right for your pocket book! We came from Paradise to Oroville to eat here! They also give you a container of green salsa, and a container of red. The green sauce is exceptional! The customer service is outstanding! We will definitely be back! We can't wait for the next time we come back! There are also four picnic tables to eat at there. The prices are great too. Keep on rockin' Tito's Tacos! We will be lifetime customers!”

“5-Stars!!! The meal started out with excellent service from the beginning. The bread and balsamic were fantastic. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs because if an Italian restaurant can't do that, walk away. The dinner salad was brought to the table. It was straightforward, but this was no bagged salad mix; it was basic but perfectly fresh, and the dressing was perfect and balanced. When my dinner was brought to me, the sauce wasn't acidic or sweet; again, it was balanced, and the pasta was tender but not mushy. As a good Italian boy, I can't eat bad Italian food; I'm not impressed with breaststicks and other parlor tricks. It's rare to find great Italian food at a restaurant. Dining at Pasquini's gives a rare glimpse at what an Italian restaurant should be.”
