“The manager is 100% worth 5 stars as well as the food...but some of the workers need to listen better and not walk away before customers are done explaining. Here's what happened..and I'm still giving 5 Stars because the Manager handled it Professionally and the food was awesome. Earlier today about 6-pm or so, I pulled in to the Drive Thru at this location and ordered some meals a long with 1-Small Fry and 2-Medium Fries additionally ... So I pulled to window #1 paid, and then proceeded to window #2 where I got everything EXCEPT the 2-Medium Fries. The young girl came back to the window and I explained to her that I was missing 2-medium fries and incidentally they were not listed on the receipt. She comes back less than a minute later and asks, "Can you check your bag again? The small fry should be in there.". .... I ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THE SMALL FRY! I said 2-MEDIUM FRIES!! .. Instead of yelling I politely explained it. So she takes my receipt and again, less than a minute later comes back with the Manager and he tells me, "The 2-Medium Fries were not charged to your order" ... ..Yes..again, if the young girl listened the first 2 times, this would have already been established.... so I asked if I could just pay and pick them up at the 3rd window, the Manager said that was fine... after some discussion behind the closed window, the young girl tells me I have to come inside. (Had my 3 yr old daughter in the truck by the way..so this irritated me further.) Anyhow, I pulled in to the spot directly in front of the store so I can see my truck. Locked the car and walked in. As the Manager passes by me he tells me that he had told the young girl that I did not need to come in..and he proceeded to finish he transaction and got my 2-medium fries. Long and short...the Manager (Bigger bald guy), was very professional and glad that the store has someone like him to represent the company. 5 Stars for Management. The food was amazing, fries cooked and salted perfectly just like I love them, nuggets were perfectly cooked and the burgers as well. I don't remember Mcdonalds ever tasting that good. 5-Stars for the food as well! Just hope the employee's learn to listen a little better and not walk away shutting the window in people's face before they can finish explaining. Other than that though, the girl wasn't rude or anything so to be fair the service is still worth 5 Stars.“

“Ate here today, and encountered my first Karen! She was irate and throwing a tantrum because she wanted someone to take her order because she didn't want to use the kiosk, which is how we have to order now. She claimed she didn't know how to use it but steady had her iPhone in her hand. The employee let her know that is how we have to order and she said it was stupid that WE have to do her job that they get paid for. She just insulted and belittled the employee the entire time and after leaving she and her husband left all their trash and mess on the table. It's people like her that nobody wants to work fast food anymore they think it's OK to talk how ever they want to employees and nothing happen. To the employee today, Good job for standing up for yourself! To anybody reading this PLEASE take it easy with the employees, they are only following rules and regulations they don't make themselves.“

“Very happy with my visit! Just picked up dinner for me and my husband and the staff was SUPER NICE and extremely helpful! There was 3 on shift from what I could see and all 3 jumped on the line to help! They welcomed me as soon as I came in and all gave me smiles and asked how my day was. I really feel that they went above and beyond with excellent customer service and want them to be recognized for that! I wish I would’ve gotten names. My visit was Monday, August 22nd around 5:45pm! Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!“

“I just went through the drive through 20 mins before they closed and was treated so well and got fresh food and didn’t wait long at all. I’ve been disappointed with a lot of the fast food places in oroville recently so I really appreciated this experience. Awesome job whoever was working tonight!“

“For The Most Part The Atmosphere Is Nice, And Kept Clean, The Employees Are Ok But Sometimes You Might Get The 1 That’s Have Not Such A Great Day .
The EmployeesSeem To Know If Asked About Certain Things, But If Asked About The App And How It Works Or Why It’s Not Allowing You To Get Your “Free” Items THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA As To What To Do. (Should Definitely Be Trained On How To Help With This.“

“Was greeted in the drive-through by a handsome young man with long hair and was very skeptical about eating there after the rude female, took my order but then the long-haired gentleman at the at the window made me smile and made my experience one worth coming back .“

“The burrito and mexican pizza they made me were wonderful. The items are hot, fresh, and nicely presented. The lobby was clean and their staff were very polite. The best taco bell experience I've had in years. I will be coming back to this location when in town and skipping other nearby locations. Thank you, it was a great experience.“
