⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Fuego is a must-visit in grover beach! Fresh, flavorful ingredients, friendly staff, and a simple menu. —perfection in every sandwich! I love that they also do bowls of you're trying to be carb conscious. I had the bahn-mi as a bowl. Highly recommend. Also the Mexican dia de los Muertos decor is a vibe!
Delicious sandwiches! Bread was perfect was good and held together for the generous and tasty fillings. I had the banh-mi and loved the fresh veggies, meat and especially the ginger sauce. Husband had the quesa birria and really enjoyed it. We will certainly go there again and try some other options.

Oh man. chimichurri and mole sauce are great. First time trying this spot out and it did not disappoint. The sandwich was fire or should I say Fuego. ??.. customer service was great as well. Definitely coming back.
