“This place was referred to me by a co-worker, since I don’t know the area very well. What a great referral the pizza is like you build it how you want, but with an old skool pizzeria. It isn’t like Pieology. They have canned soda drinks, or two liter bottle soda, no alcohol. Vito the guy who made my pizza to perfection was telling me they have a really good Sunday BBQ from ribs, Tri-tip, 1/2 chicken, etc. They are only open in the evening hours, and the pizza is good size portion. Their small is the size of most mediums at other places. I highly recommend this place. A little more in price, but well worth the fresh ingredients and they won’t take tips.“

“Had some relatives visiting me decided to bring them here, and they LOVED IT. The quality of the meats was very good, the tomato broth was our personal favorite, and we all really liked the sauce bar! It was their first time having any kind of hot pot and they really enjoyed themselves. We also did get the hand pulled noodle (it was great 😃👍🏻) and our waiter Siying was so helpful and attentive!! “626 Ice Cream is a fun and funky and eclectic place. They had music playing outside with small plastic chairs and limited seating inside. Oh and they serve unusual flavored ice cream. The only problem I had was they charged a micheladas triple the price ($18) instead of happy hour price ($6) they had the sign on the table for happy hour Mon-Fri and said it is not correct they have it until Thursday they need to remove that sign. “Favorite Sichuan restaurant in California! Definitely the most authentic Sichuan food I’ve ever had in the states (yes I’m from Sichuan so take my word for it lol)
We live in the Bay Area, but whenever we’re visiting LA, we go to this place because of the great taste.
We ordered rabbit, beef and beef. The portions were HUGE. Every dish was flavorful, and it’s amazing that they picked seasonal vegetables to complement the flavor of the meat in each dish. And the spiciness is really close to what I had back at home in Sichuan. The chengdu fried rice(this should be the name if I remember it correctly) is also very good, not oily at all.
The restaurant owner is also very nice and she told us the rabbit meat is fresh from the butcher shop everyday, which sets this restaurant apart from others. (Well, this is the only restaurants in the states that I have ever been to that serves rabbit on the menu, so I really appreciate that)

The Chubby Sashimi was only $60. At other places, it would probably be at least $100. The oysters were amazing. They were super clean and tasted buttery. “So glad we randomly found this place when searching for lunch in Buena Park area. We got their Spicy Chicken Garlic Noodles & Kimchi Fried Rice. Both were delicious! Kimchi Rice wasn’t spicy, had a nice zest and was a good portion size. However, be careful if you’re a vegetarian! It came with some meat(spam and pork). Garlic noodles weren’t overpowering and cooked to perfection!“

Upon walking in, I was greeted by the server and seated promptly. The restaurant was clean and had a nice ambiance with traditional Ethiopian items displayed and Ethiopian music videos playing on a tv. The restaurant was easy to find and located right off a Main Street with plenty of parking.

I ordered the awaze tibse with a side salad. Craving satisfied! The food was delicious and fresh. The portions were perfect.

The sauce selection is where they really shine-so many unique options that make you want to try everything. We all got the bacon jam aioli and it was incredible. Lunchtime is definitely the best time to go since you get a free side of fries with your burger. “It was my first time coming to Chapresso. I was really impressed that they used tea leafs to make the tea. The tea tasted great! They also had good service. The simple design of the place is inviting but the space is limited. However, they do have open sitting outside the shop.“

“I went here because of all the Instagram reels that showcased their menu and it certainly did not disappoint.
The setting is definitely new to me, so the staff talked to me a little bit about their menu, the differences of each item, the spice levels, the best sellers and personal favorites. I picked 6 items to go, 2 of which I ate in the establishment and the rest I took home. Lemon Pepper Salmon, Grilled Eel, Garlic Butter Crab, Buldak, Creamy Myungran and their Sweet BBQ Gyoro.
They can be eaten by using utensils or even with gloves. I opted for gloves because I just wanted to pick up the whole thing and eat it without being disassembled. They really pack each one and you can taste every flavor they put into it.
There is ample parking and the restrooms are clean. The utensils, napkins and the gloves are also very accessible. Youre free to grab a cup to fill with water and the venue is quite spacious.
Definitely looking into coming back for more.“

“On 6/20/2015 a Friday, I ordered the Chilaquiles with green chile. Added chorizo for protein and 2 over easy eggs. Black coffee. With a modest 20% tip, I paid $24.78.

Not bad for quite possibly the best Chilaquiles I had in a while. Some may argue its pricey, but I paid for great taste, generous portions, and quality.

In my opinion as someone who has eaten my fair share of these types of meals I received value.

I took my time to savor every bite.
The bright shades of green of the avocado on top was just right. The bright orange chorizo was well cooked and was not too spicy. Just look at the contrasting colors on this plate! The egg yolks broke perfectly allowing the bright yellow-orange delicious yolk to drip all over the green chile and crispy tortilla chips. The green chile had a citrusy lime tangy flavor perfectly balancing and complimenting all the ingredients. The mix of different textures and flavors was the best part!
