“This was actually my first time finding out that Haidilao has an all-you-can-eat option! We tried the $32.99 per person package, and the beef and lamb were both right up my alley—nicely marbled, with slices that were just the right thickness. Even though it’s a buffet, the portions definitely didn’t feel skimpy. I’m also a big fan of quail eggs and egg dumplings when I have hot pot, so with those added in, I was already more than satisfied.

It’s also a pretty stress-free option when dining with kids. The service was, as always, thoughtful and attentive. They prepared a kids’ meal, a magic wand, and a little balloon for my daughter . When I handed my phone to my kid to watch something, the server even brought over a phone stand without me asking.“

A little something for every mood—and no wrong choice!“

“Mr Rice City of Industry hit the spot today. I got Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles, and everything felt flavorful without being too much. It is a relaxed place to grab a meal, and the portion felt satisfying for the price. I left happy with what I ordered.“

“I’ve ordered here before, but recently got 2 large tea lattes each with a topping, and the total came to $30.00 with a student discount. I don’t understand how each drink totaled to around $15.00 with all our add ons. That’s without tip too! Employees were nice though.

I recommended ordering from the kiosk or just skipping the student discount if prices are marked up for using the student discount. 😕

9/15/26 Correction: I saw on my bank statement that I was charged 13.91 instead of what I stated earlier. I swear I saw 30.31 when I was at the register, but I see that I wasn’t charged that amount. Going to ⭐⭐⭐⭐ from ⭐⭐!“

“The Food was Hot and delicious. The Cooks ( Chefs) were hard at work and really know how to cook fish. Never spoke to not one wait staff never approached never asked how everything was, just called my name and handed me my tray. So can't rate service. And had to use their order screen and was a little confused since this has been placed in the store's.“

“I really like 疙瘩汤 here. The BBQ is pretty good too. I do wish they had more seasonings on the side though, like cumin or chili flakes.

One small thing: one of the servers was kind of rough when putting down plates and bringing out food. The movements were really fast and the noise was pretty loud, which caught us off guard a bit.

Overall the food is solid, and I’d still come back. Just hoping the service can be a little more relaxed next time.“

“I've been coming here for decades, and this place holds so many wonderful memories with my late father-in-law and our family. It was one of his favorite restaurants, and it still brings happy memories every time we visit.

The food has been consistently delicious for as long as I can remember. This is a true mom-and-pop family restaurant, so don't expect fancy technology—just authentic food and genuinely kind people. They've seen me so many times over the years that they recognize my face and already know what I usually order.

This will always be our family's go-to spot for pho.

A couple of tips:

- Cash only, so come prepared.
- If you order pho to go, ask for the noodles raw. At home, cook them in boiling water for about 3 minutes before adding them to the broth. They'll taste just as fresh as if you were dining in.

“I guess I’m kind spoiled in Santa Monica when it comes to getting everything together but the cashier thumbs up she was amazing from the beginning she so happy engaging wow she was so amazing I couldn’t believe it highly recommend going there just for her . Her name is D’nice I haven’t seen customers service like that in a while and that’s why you guys got 5 starts from me. There was one person who had a bad attitude I thought my other drink was ready because it was the same drink I assumed the one that was on the other counter was mines my mistake it happens right :) . She had the worse attitude saying we are busy in a tone that wasn’t necessary her name was Isabel I’m sorry you had a bad weekend you shouldn’t take it in to your work place and of course you can play the video back not once was I rude . I went to one of the table waiting for my drink but then I got up for a water and here goes Isabel (karen ) that’s how I felt she was and she says we are busy your drink is coming up ok . I went for a water I wasn’t ask for my drink because she already told me it was coming . It sucks because I was about to put a one star but here comes D’nice to save the day . Gave me the water talked for a few and I sat down called my name for my drink had a couple of sips not that good but the bagel was amazing.. well I’ll be calling as well for D’nice she was amazing“
