This Indian-Mexican fusion restaurant is a fantastic combination of two amazing cuisines. The flavors work together surprisingly well, with bold Indian spices blended with familiar Mexican favorites in a really creative way.

Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and well prepared. The portions were generous, the presentation was great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. You can tell there’s a lot of thought and passion behind the food.

If you enjoy Indian food, Mexican food, or just trying something different, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. It’s a unique combination that really works!“

“Mango Sago and condensed milk were by far my favorite. Each cup comes with 3 toppings (and a slurry of unique options). The staff was super accommodating (and friendly) and let my family and I try all the flavors. They also sell pints of previous flavors in a freezer by the register.“

“This was actually my first time finding out that Haidilao has an all-you-can-eat option! We tried the $32.99 per person package, and the beef and lamb were both right up my alley—nicely marbled, with slices that were just the right thickness. Even though it’s a buffet, the portions definitely didn’t feel skimpy. I’m also a big fan of quail eggs and egg dumplings when I have hot pot, so with those added in, I was already more than satisfied.

It’s also a pretty stress-free option when dining with kids. The service was, as always, thoughtful and attentive. They prepared a kids’ meal, a magic wand, and a little balloon for my daughter . When I handed my phone to my kid to watch something, the server even brought over a phone stand without me asking.“

“It's a very low-key, chill place but none of it matters when you get your food. The veggie platter is absolutely delicious. The hardest part is choosing which items you're going to get on your platter. It's a mother and son team that runs the place with mama doing the cooking so be patient and you will be rewarded!“

“I've been coming here for over 10 years and absolutely love this spot. Hideo has been making sushi ever since I've been going here and he is excellent. Service is always good, the place is a little small, but always busy. They have the best muscles, best albacore capaccio and rolls. Nice vibe in there. “Yesterday, I discovered a hidden treasure in San Dimas - Sweet Savory Cafe. This cafe is known for its delicious cookies that sell out quickly. They offer a variety of international flavors, including Cuban sandwiches, salads, soups, freshly made bread, empanadas, and other bakery items. Some items are not listed on the menu, so you can ask for the Chef's Daily Special. I always look for clean and relaxing cafes where my family can eat, or I can simply sit and enjoy a book. My experience at Sweet Savory Cafe surpassed my experiences at other cafes in Pasadena, Claremont, and Upland. I arrived early and enjoyed warm cookies and bread, which were absolutely delicious. I ordered various items including coffee, soup, breakfast, and bakery items. Despite not being a coffee drinker, I found the coffee to be delicious and memorable. I also tried their Healthy Breakfast Burrito with added bacon, which was customizable and very filling. The Lentil soup had an amazing aroma and taste. I can't believe I didn't know about this cafe before, especially since I work in the city! For those new to the cafe, you can order through Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, and DoorDash. They even have Keto-friendly San Dimas Barbershop Tacos! There is parking available in the front and back, and plenty of seating inside and outside. If you have a large party, they can accommodate you by pushing tables together. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a wonderful place to read a book or enjoy a meal with family. They also offer freshly made orange juice, and all their sandwiches are made with their own bread. I tried a new flavor of Sweet & Savory bread and found it to be very delicious. I added cream cheese to it yesterday and tried it with butter today. This is definitely my new go-to place for food. I appreciate the cleanliness of the cafe and the fact that it's open early on for breakfast including Saturday and Sunday. I was even able to order all these items on a Saturday at 7AM. “I was drawn to this boba shop because of its high ratings and very reasonable prices! Located inside Chubby Cattle, you don’t need to dine at the restaurant to order here.

Here’s what I tried:

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

Overall, this spot offers great value and drinks—I’d happily return!“

“This is my go to place for pickup and go dim sum. They don't speak a ton of English but they try. The food is always good and generally moderately priced. I love the seaweed rolls as well as the ham sui gok. Most issues you can't go wrong. If you want no nonsense dim sum that you can just grab and go this is a great place. They do have sit-down traditional dim sum style but it's pretty crowded and the place isn't very big.“

It was in incredible! The jelly makes the bacon taste like candied bacon. The tots were perfect little crispness bombs. Small craft beer list is the topper. We will be back. “I recently tried Koki Ku Sushi, a newer Japanese restaurant in Duarte, and came away pleasantly surprised.

I stopped by for their lunch special and found the service attentive and welcoming throughout the meal. The 5-piece chef's choice premium nigiri was fresh and enjoyable, with each piece offering a nice variety of flavors.

I also ordered the Salmon Teriyaki with Spicy Tuna Roll combo. The teriyaki salmon was flavorful, although the slices were a bit thinner compared to what I've had at other sushi spots. The spicy tuna roll was generously portioned and filling enough to make for a satisfying lunch.

The restaurant itself has a clean, modern design and is conveniently located in the Target plaza, where parking is plentiful and easy. Overall, Koki Ku Sushi is a nice addition to the Duarte dining scene, and I'll be back to try more items from their menu.“

This shop has fresh flowers with a lot of variety, decorations, and reasonable prices. They take cash and card.

There’s a game you can play when you first order and if you manage to stop the timer on exactly 10 seconds you get a free combo. I didn’t win but I thought that was such a fun addition to the experience. We ordered a lot but my favorite was the spicy chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese and pickles. It sounds insane but was pretty spicy and didn’t taste damp or dry, it was literally perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

Tacos were very tasty and well balanced. I would go back definitely. The only thing I didn’t really like was the parking lot cause its entrance is very close to a busy blvd with fast traffic. You have to exit very carefully. I recommend either parking in the back, side street or back in.“

It has a small interior and there were a few customers inside, however the worker was very quick with all our orders! I got a tiramisu iced latte, a matcha pastry, and a ham & cheese croissant sandwich, all three for just $8! You can’t beat that price point, especially given the quality. The coffee had a distinct tiramisu flavor, the pastry was perfectly balanced, and the sandwich was warm and crispy. Definitely going back!“

“I was seated outside, not much of a view but that's OK. I had the country fried steak, with eggs over easy and biscuits & gravy. The food was delicious. The gravy had sage in it, but not overwhelming. The biscuit was seasoned, very good on its own. I enjoyed the CFS. My bride ordered a sandwhich. I don't recall but she really enjoyed it. I also ordered a side of their signature Chipotle cheddar potatoes. They were absolutely fantastic. I would go back just to have those potatoes. Staff was very efficient and friendly. “Ty of Thai Thyme is an exceptional host. After dinner, he's rokk the time to greet our party and give us insights as to visiting Thailand. He was very nice and hospitable. But I digress, the FOOD was phenomenal! We ordered the Tom Ka soup, chicken curry, shrimp fried rice, beef pad Thai, chicken satay, and Thai ice teas. Everything was so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Authentic Thai spices and chile. We'll be going bab very soon!!!“

“It's a little restaurant and it's wheelchair accessible. Even though it's small there's enough space for families to eat there or a party. The food is really good. The place is clean. The only complaint I had was it was a bit warm in there. The people that work there are very nice and knowledgeable about their menu. Service was fast and friendly! We spent under $40 for two people to eat with drinks.“

“It was our first time here. Wanted to try somewhere different. It’s more affordable than the places back in Garden Grove. When we first got sat, we were very confused on what to do. Tan came over and helped us out a lot. I observed other workers just pacing around but Tan was the only one hustling from table to table to assist. Food was great. Grill size is a bit limited which was my only complaint. But definitely recommend coming here“
