“This is the best Starbucks and I live in Visalia (work at the hospital). I'm here at 640 am before my shift and drive through almost every single time is extremely fast. I pay and then I'm handed my drink right away so the lines move quickly. Staff are always nice and drink is always tasty.“
“Cool and refreshing environs! Great place to scamper to if you have wait time at train or bus depot. It's surprising bc it looks like just a drive-through from a distance. Just bring a cushion with you 😆 bc the wood chairs and benches are a great accent to a hang out vibe but they make your butt beg to get out.“
“This location is amazing! The employees are super friendly, and the drinks are always the best! I would have given 5 stars, but the night shift is a struggle. The drinks take quite a bit longer than they normally do at this location, and they (night shift) have never gotten my order correct. When I stop through to get coffee for work, I dont have time to stay and have them remake it. That's why I always order ahead.“
“The food is prepared & delivered to the location. The quality of food is not reflected on this Starbucks. I get the Feta Egg White Wrap & love it. But, have ordered the PB&J & was extremely disappointed. When you opened the bread the PB&J was about the size of a 50cent piece between the bread. It was not even thick enough to say they spread it. What was there, had soaked into the bread. It was ridiculous! We had gone through drive-thru. I called & complained & they had no problem replacing it with something else.“
