“This is the best Starbucks and I live in Visalia (work at the hospital). I'm here at 640 am before my shift and drive through almost every single time is extremely fast. I pay and then I'm handed my drink right away so the lines move quickly. Staff are always nice and drink is always tasty.“
“3-19-23 One of the most pleasant Starbucks experiences I’ve had. One staff member was cleaning tables and asked guests if they were enjoying their coffee- unheard of at most Starbucks :OThe baristas worked well together and had great communication with each other and with the customers. They actually acknowledged customers walking in to pick up mobile orders.Please tip this staff“
“This location is amazing! The employees are super friendly, and the drinks are always the best! I would have given 5 stars, but the night shift is a struggle. The drinks take quite a bit longer than they normally do at this location, and they (night shift) have never gotten my order correct. When I stop through to get coffee for work, I dont have time to stay and have them remake it. That's why I always order ahead.“
“This is my favorite location in town since I have always had a great experience coming here. All the workers who have helped me have always been very friendly and polite. Most notably, today i went in for my routine iced coffee and they were handing out samples of their new drink. I quickly mentioned to one of the nice workers how i was very excited because it sounded like a better alternative to the usual energy drinks my boyfriend normally drinks. She then proceeded to ask me if i wanted to try out one of the flavors they offered the drink in since she had only made one of them. I swiftly said yes and when she came back from making the drink she handed me a tall sized drink! I figured she was making me a sample size but instead she handed me a tall. I will be sharing this with my boyfriend but i thought it was so nice of her to do! It made my whole morning. Shout out to Richie for being not only nice and polite but for going above and beyond for a customer!“
