“My daughter and I usually go for coffee at this location almost everyday, and the reason for that is very simple: the staff is amazing!!!! We have about 4 or 5 other Starbucks closer to our home, but each and every single time we decide to go to this location because the baristas there are talented, professional and extra kind. Yesterday afternoon, there was a problem with my order and Alyssa kindly and wonderfully solved everything in minutes with a smile on her face. Thanks Alyssa!

“I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks today! It was my first time visiting this location, and I’m so glad my Tio Mando recommended it. The ladies working were incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming. I had questions about the new Blue Coconut drink, and they took the time to explain everything that was in it without making me feel rushed. Their friendly attitudes and excellent customer service made my visit even better. Thank you for making my first visit such a great one I’ll definitely be back! 💙

“Went in and purchased a $22 small insulated cup. I ask if the young lady could wash it, especially after being handled by a bunch of people, explaining that it was for my wife was in the hospital after emergency surgery to repair a broken left. I wanted to put her coffee and it and take it to her as a surprise instead of flowers which die. Then I discovered that the manager said no he would not do it, citing some type of policy. Of course once other customers heard that they were slightly outraged. Seeing the customers somewhat unhappy at this behavior, the young lady asked me if I would like to approach the manager again? I said no you obviously don't have the kindness or empathy involved to make an exception & to take care of this!“
“The girl in the morning, with long black hair (I should of asked for her name), is such a sweetheart. I go here almost everyday when I can. She practically knows me by now and it's so weird and funny, but awesome at the same time lol. Also, the girl with long blonde hair as well. I swear you guys might even know what my car looks like at this point ??. It feels weird but nice knowing that you're a regular at a spot and someone says "I'll get it right out for you! ?.

“I hope the employees at this location get the credit they deserve. The early mornings at this location are the busiest I have ever seen at a local starbucks. Everyone from tired morning runners, to eager healthcare works, to exhausted students, show up at this location in the mornings and the customer service and hard work is always a 10. Everyone here is incredibly kind and I just hope customers appreciate their hard work.
I will say my brown sugar shaken espresso is pretty inconsistent sometimes but I think that drink is always inconsistent no matter the location. I should probably stop ordering it lol. Anyways, these guys rock and I love this location. :)“

“I ordered using the mobile app. I entered the shop, and my order was prepared and ready to go. My order was made exactly to order.
The staff was friendly and greeted me upon entry and exit.
The store was extremely clean. There is a lot of merchandise for purchase.
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is plenty of parking.

Jake is SO kind. There are 2 gals as well that are super sweet. I cant think of their names at the moment, but all drivethru both gals have dark hair I believe. Its a real treat when you go to get just get a coffee and instead of just a drink you are greeted with such kindness. 💚 Great team! 💚“
“This is a very busy but high quality Starbucks. They used to be better before they redecorated and got rid of the supe comfortable places to sit and work. It is pretty cramped and uncomfortable inside for a long meeting or work session. I'm told that wasn't on accident. Either way, great staff, great coffee, quick turn arounds on orders.“

“This morning was crazy busy and these poor ladies making drinks were so incredibly stressed because people were rude and they were just trying to get orders out. As I got my last drink, the lady handed it to me and she was shaking. My heart sank straight to the floor. I've worked in customer service so I completely understood her stress. I told them they were all doing a great job then rushed to work. The whole time they had a smile behind their masks, sweet and friendly, did their best to fix orders that were wrong and did so in as quickly as they possibly could as orders flooded in. So I'm giving this location a 5/5 because no matter what was thrown at them, they continued to work super hard without an attitude. Also my drink and bagel made my day and it was super yummy.“
“I went in after my shift to grab a blended pineapple passion fruit lemonade and ashley made it perfectly. Was balanced perfectly with the feta wrap i had. It's always a good vibe here.
Vegetarian options: They got the feta wrap which is super good especially with a lil hot sauce. The impossible is to die for!!!

“Starbucks is returning to its “third place” roots and we definitely felt it in this location.
We live an hour away from this location and had car troubles that were being cared for across the street. With four kids on a 90 degree day we came to this Starbucks to wait.
The store is pristine, the drinks were perfectly and quickly made, and sitting in the dining room for quite a while we saw what a well running machine this barista crew is.
Store manager Lilly and her crew took excellent care of us. We let them know about our situation and they were incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. Thank you Lilly and Starbucks for making a hard day easier!!“

“Happy holidays. Fall is also in the air and this Starbucks is already into the holiday spirit as shown in the attached. Went into the Starbucks at the Gosford location to grab a venti pike and a lemon loaf. Upon entry, I was greeted with amazing smiles and a hearty welcome. Cara helped me customize a drink one day, and thanks to her creativity I ended up discovering what has become my favorite Starbucks order. I’ve been ordering it ever since.
Lando was incredibly helpful when I came in needing a large number of gift cards for our offices. After I purchased everything available up front, he took the time to track down additional cards so I could get the full amount I needed. That extra effort saved me a lot of time during an already hectic week.
And Jazzy truly went above and beyond. I was picking up a large drink order by myself and was worried everything would spill before reaching our destination. She carefully packed and secured every drink so well that the entire order arrived perfectly intact. Her kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
What makes this location special isn’t the building, the equipment, or the menu. It’s the people. The team here consistently treats customers with genuine care, and that’s what keeps me returning.

“I really liked Victoria! I actually had a great experience here. I usually feel rushed when I go into starbucks but wanted a drink and snack while I was shopping. First of all the cake pops are amazing, but Victoria spent her time with me showing me what was good and the seasonal drinks. She was so so sweet and was very knowledgeable about everything. She made my bad day that much better with the 5 minutes I was there! And it so clean and organized. I will be back for Victoria AND the Chai latte with pumpkin cold foam ?“
“Great customer service, they took my order right away and had it made quickly. Excellent taste, I ordered a triple shot americano and it was very tasty and at the perfect temperature. Atmosphere was OK, the store was very clean and organized, but it was full of kids from after school. It was really loud and chaotic with all the teenagers running around. Can't blame the store for that but if you come to get some work done good luck. Overall im very happy with my experience and will definitely be back.“

“I go here everyday, always such a busy store no matter what time I go. What I love is the drive through can be 10 cars ahead of me and I never wait more than 10 minutes. They bust em out in there👏🏻 fabulous baristas. I enjoy seeing my norms daily although I do miss hearing miss London on the speaker. She was incredibly friendly and knew me by voice on day 3 of going there.
I always get a birthday cake pop for the baby, hot white mocha, or brown sugar shaken espresso with ungodly specifications. Never a complaint and always tastes on point. By far my favorite Starbucks in town.“

“Today I went and got a mocha cookie crumble and I saw when they handed it to the lady at the window it looked perfect she then proceeded to dumping the whip cream out and some of the drink just because it looked perfect I’m assuming and it had the chocolate drisal and cookie crumbles and she proceeded to adding new whip cream and half pours drisl on it with no cookie crumbles on it I was disappointed and sad after she handed it to me she had blue hair“

I came home after a long morning wit h the family and our last stop was at this Starbucks, and only when we got home we realized there were a couple items missing, When my husband called they were more than happy to help us and gave us absolutely no issues about it. “I have Starbucks everyday if not once then twice, like today. We happened to be around this area and went in for coffee #2 of the day. The Barista Trish provided excellent customer service. It was absolutely refreshing. Unfortunately this isn’t my every day experience. I even started going to Dutch bros for awhile because I couldn’t stand the way as a loyal and frequent customer I was feeling with my experience in store. I came back because the coffee is great but some of these younger folks have no social skills. I have to ask for napkins. What irks me the most is when they just hand me my coffee, no hello or thank you. They lack basic etiquette. Well Trish is a lovely genuine person it’s good ol manners. She wasn’t just kind as in a work customer service and need to be, but she went above the standard. I really appreciated her service and hope she gets a raise. Thank you Trish! We also spoke to the manager to let them know how pleased we were.“
