HUGE shoutout to Annette at the Starbucks on coffee and stockdale. I had bought 3 Starbucks gifts cards, $15 each, and one of them had zero money on it. The store and management was nice but unhelpful, saying I needed to call the number on the back of the gift card. Annette talked to her manager and no one was able to help me, so she told me to pick out a card and took $15 out of her own pocket and bought me a new gift card.
