“I wanted an afternoon treat with fruit & decided to pop in. They let me try without even asking 5-6 flavors. I thought my choice of ice cream would be sugary, but it was tasty. Next time I come in I will get one of the gelato flavors, or a fruit cup or even a smoothie. There was an abundance of flavors. All were really great quality ice cream and gelato’s. They were even savory snack choices. Great for kids after school, families, couples, etc. There was plenty of inside seating. The parking lot was small however, there were spots available. Great for a pick me up. They speak English in Spanish.Go in and try!!“

This intimate dining experience is a testament to ingredient-driven, technique-forward cooking, where flavors are both restrained, unpretentious, and deeply expressive. From the first bite, it was clear that Heritage excels at layering textures and flavors in unexpected ways. The meal began with an Amuse Bouche trio: a delicate prawn cracker topped with sweet Dungeness crab, a green leaf with another seafood salad that was to be eaten like a mini street taco, and balanced with the brightness and light crunch of pickled turnip. A seemingly simple couple of bites, but one that foreshadowed the precision and thoughtfulness of the courses to follow. To cleanse the palate, a mint tea infused with palo santo was served—a meditative interlude that was both refreshing and aromatic, setting the stage for the evening’s journey. The first official course, Crème Caviar, featured Russian Sturgeon Heritage Caviar and chive, a chilled preparation that was rich yet elegantly restrained. This was followed by Kanpachi Crudo, presented with carrot, ginger, and macédoine vegetables, offering a balance of clean ocean flavors against bright, vegetal undertones. Then came what I consider the star of the evening: a dish that fully captured the ethos of Heritage—Hen of the Woods Mushroom, topped in a “sunchoke stew” (crispy fried sunchoke) with fermented mushroom. For an additional $25, an indulgent shaving of black truffle took the dish to another level, transforming it into a sensory experience that evoked the deep, earthy satisfaction of foraging. The interplay of umami-rich elements made this course a masterpiece of textural and flavor contrast. The proteins that followed were executed with equal care. First, a perfectly prepared Rainbow Trout, sauted to perfection with a crispy layer of skin on one side, delicate pink flesh on the other, bathed in a delicate dashi and punctuated with bursts of smoked trout roe in a light creme sauce, which lent salinity and depth. Then, a 32-day dry-aged rib chop, a cut that can sometimes lean too “gamey” in the tradiinal steak house that cuts corners on a post aging trim, yet here was a revelation—tender, deeply beefy, but balanced. Accompanying the dish was sous vide endive, black garlic, and a shaving of Parmesan, which surprisingly lacked the usual sharpness, instead presenting a more rounded, delicate, nutty flavor. Desserts were a study in technique and balance. The first, a Grilled Strawberry with strawberry granita and Meyer lemon crème, was bright and refreshing, its layers revealing different expressions of cool and sweetness. Then came the Coco Craquelin, a delicate choux pastry filled with beurre noisette ganache and banana cremeux, meant to be eaten with the hands—a playful and interactive moment in the meal. Finally, a Sage Basque Cake, its subtle herbaceousness complemented by toasted hemp seeds and lemon curd, provided a grounding, crispy finish. Heritage is the kind of restaurant that doesn’t simply chase trends—it refines them into something personal, something intentional. The execution is confident but never showy, and the experience is paced with precision, allowing each dish to tell its own story. This is not just a meal—it’s a quiet, profound meditation on flavor, technique, and the land from which it all comes. Where other restaurant profess to be a true “Californian” style farm to table experience , Heritage is, without a doubt, a must-visit for anyone who seeks out truly exceptional dining in California.“

“Honeymee is soooo cool everyone should visit a honeymee once in their life these literally need to be on every corner of ever block of every city of every country in the world. The brown sugar boba ice cream was really good everyone should try it I've never tried ice cream with boba before but this was really good because it's like the cold ice cream and the warm boba balls mmmm mmmm mmmm so yummy 😋😋😋. The inside was really nice too with a good amount of seating and chill vibes ✌️✌️✌️😁😁. There was also a cool photo booth thing inside it was a little expensive but if you're into that it's there. I went on a Friday night and it was pretty busy but the service was great and quick and I got my ice cream really fast 🤩🤩🥳🥳. The bathroom was also pretty spacious and had a table right next to the toilet in case you wanted to do some work in there I guess idk. There's not another chair though so don't plan on holding any meetings in there. However there's pretty good seating outside if you want to do that.“

“Great ice cream and a good selection of flavors. They have a seasonal menu that changes periodically, so if you are looking for something to try, I definitely recommend any of those since they are usually unique and coincide with the season or if any fruits are in season.
I usually gravitate towards the New York Cheesecake or if I am really feeling it, I get the Strawberry Ice-cream that comes with Yellow Cake. You can sample any flavors if anythings good and your are still unsure.
I recommend joining the rewards program for a birthday reward as well as to rake up points if you visit often. They also share with you through emails what new flavors are coming in or if there are any promotions. One promotion thats long-standing is the BYO Banana to save on their Banana Split. I believe it is only on Wednesdays.“

“Manhattan Beach. YOU SHOULD GET 3 SCOOPS BUT 2 IS OK. 1 scoop was $6.25 and 2 was $6.75. 3 was $7 something. If you like toppings, the banana split is the way to go for $10.25. There were some seats outside, but this place was more like a take out place. Walk the beach and go to the promenade. The museum wasn't interesting.

1. Made from plant milk, it is healthier and has lower calories.
2. There are many kinds of flavors. I asked the clerk to introduce them. The store clerk took the trouble to let me try the food, which was a great experience.
Finally, the ice cream itself was very delicious.
I like the more sour flavor, and the other one is pistachio.

“I rushed there after work and so did many others. We were looking for Olivia’s Guts Tour cookie. I picked up a dozen of the weekly assortment including four of Olivias cookies. These cookies are delicious and huge! You order from the self-serv kiosk, it was difficult to only order 12 and in what combination. As you wait for your order to get filled, you see the employees busy working to fill the orders in a clean, orderly bake shop. The aroma was delightful and not too sweet. The decor is minimal with an open layout, so you can wee all the delicious cookies. This location has plenty of parking in the strip mall.“

“We went mid-afternoon on a Monday, and it was empty. The fruit toppings looked fresh and appealing. You can try a taste of the various yogurts. We ordered the small size, and you can order up to 3 toppings. They had a non-dairy option, peach, which was yummy like a sorbet, and my hubby enjoyed it. I had the chocolate hazelnut, and it didn't have a strong flavor of hazelnut, but it was yummy. My friends ordered pomegranate, and they enjoyed theirs too. The server was professional and helpful. Inside had plastic chairs and small tables, so we went across a short walk across the parking lot to a shaded area with tables and chairs.
