“I just cleaned up a chunky monkey bowl 😆 and I have no shame in it (lol). I loved this treat for my breakfast today and I would do it again! I read past reviews and I have to say, just come in and appreciate the list of goodies provided. I'll be honest, I got lazy to make anything at home, but I do appreciate this place for existing around the corner to help me make a better choice for breakfast. “Great bahn mi. BBQ pork is my favorite. I love the pickled veggies. Fresh baked bread. Don't usually go to this location. The service was friendly. It was a warm day and my friend & I both wanted coffee. The owner suggested iced coffee bc of the weather. We obliged and were not disappointed. If you need a coffee buzz, Vietnamese coffee is where it's at. It strong, but sweet and not bitter. It will kick you in the booty and get you going for sure.“

“My family frequent this place at least twice a week. We really enjoyed the regular like the Lavender Fields and Scarborough Fair latte plus the seasonal drinks like the Sakura and Marmalade latte. Staffs were always friendly and now there are an abundance amount of seating indoor and outdoor!“

The only complaint I have is I wish people with their laptops who sit at a 4 top table alone understood how selfish that is when this place is incredibly busy. I always thought cafes should have a time limit for people with laptops or a bar set up on the wall just for people with laptops. You literally are fighting for your life for a table there on the weekends. Will still go though lol“
