Auntie Anne's serves great-tasting food and drinks, including their popular pretzels. However, customers have experienced inconsistent customer service. Some interactions have been awkward, with staff seemingly unclear about menu options or prices. Additionally, there have been issues with orders being incorrect, and staff attitudes can be unfriendly. Despite this, many customers continue to visit Auntie Anne's, especially for their delicious pretzels, although some have experienced delays or cold food when ordering ahead.
