La Placita is a family-owned restaurant where customers are treated like family. The Shrimp plate, known as Camarones a la plancha, is a favorite, along with the delicious menudo. The atmosphere feels like home with warm tortillas and good music. Despite the high prices on every item, the food is tasty. However, some are not happy with the new design of the place, feeling there is too much wasted space and TVs. The removal of the ice cream bar was also a disappointment.
