I was hungry so I ordered the steak and bacon burrito. Bacon was not cooked properly. It was still partially raw and and the meat was greasy as could be. I ate at another location before and it was never like that. I will never be back.
What's in a taco? I been looking for a great taco spot for over 2 years in town and I have found love at first bite! Let me tell you what is in their tacos! LOVE, AUTHENTICITY, AND MAGIC salsa! Cotija Tacos is now under new ownership as of 5/17/23. Today I had the pleasure to meet the new owner and personally thank her for the new change and great food! Do you know what else is amazing? Have been visiting this restaurant for the past 6 years. Their Caldos and Carne Asada nachos are the best. Recently it changed ownership and now the service has become exceptional! They have also added items to their menu. Strongly recommend this place!
