“Nice, located of Willow shopping center. Several eateries nearby including a drive in Starbucks. I looked around and decided to go for the Won Thai restaurant, ordered the lunch special, fried catfish with rice, on the plate I got a colorful plate with a scoop of steam rice next to pan fried filet of catfish with plenty of green beans, fresh tomato pieces, sautéed on a lite curry sauce and sliced purple and green cabbage garnish.“

The Lao sausage, a personal favorite, was phenomenal with its distinct hint of lemongrass. The duck basil is just amazing—a must-try! “Mmmm. I'm so happy to find a Thai restaurant that focuses more on the savory than the sugar to flavor the food. Our meal was delicious. Right away when we walked in the vibe of the place made us feel relaxed and cozy. The vintage juke box in the back corner helped a lot. The proprietors are totally hip and laid back. Somehow our group ordered mild versions of dishes (we all thought the other was a light weight), which turned out to be lucky because the house made chili crunch we were provided to remedy the situation was incredible. We got the pumpkin curry, the eggplant street food thing, and best of all was the Sea Bass dish, but all addictive. We went brown on the rice, and it was perfectly cooked. Several items on the menu were well marked as GF, but they were able to make some items GF that weren't meant to be that way (for one of us who is celiac), and the dishes didn't seem to suffer at all. Can't wait to try the glutenous version. I don't typically write reviews (as you can probably tell) but I do on occasion when I want to support a business I hope will stick around (totally selfish motives).“

“I definitely enjoyed the Mango Fried rice dish along with the garlic noodles. Had Thai Iced Tea, which is always a treat. I did call this order in for pick up. When I got there I had to wait a minute, because they were busy but it wasn't long. They gave me an extra Thai iced tea on the house, I didn't need it. Yet it shows the type of business I'm eating at. The ambiance is very welcoming. The art work on the walls of the culture is beautiful. Would recommend friends/family to come and try this place out.“

They have a limited and pricey alcohol menu, but the servers know almost nothing about drinks.

If you find the right dish, and aren't looking for drinks, it is an ok place to eat. Servers are friendly.“

“Moved out of San Pablo for awhile, came back and I knew first thing I wanted to eat was the pad Thai, chicken satay and to finish it off a plate of mango w/ sticky rice and coconut milk with a glass of Thai ice tea. Was literally like $35. Pretty cheap for really great food I’ve seen worse prices lol

“With a kitchen that's operating with the precision of a clock, the noodle Thai restaurant serves combo noodle plates and more packed with flavor all for low prices. The staff is really nice, the food is fresh and tasty, and I'm glad this place is here now that Bangkok noodle that was down the block closed.

“I recently visited Elephant Thai Cuisine and was blown away by how good everything was. The flavors were bold, authentic, and beautifully balanced exactly what you hope for in great Thai cuisine. The mango sticky rice was perfectly cooked with just the right mix of sweetness and tang, and the Green Curry had a rich, aromatic depth that made it hard to stop eating.

The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy without feeling crowded, and the food came out quickly, fresh, and piping hot.

Overall, this is easily one of the best Thai spots I’ve tried. If you’re craving delicious, well-prepared Thai food with fantastic service, this place is absolutely worth a visit!“

“While staying across the road at the Mariott, I decided to walk around the shopping center and stumbled upon Tha Siam. I pulled up their website while standing outside, and looked at the "Chef's Suggestions" list. I thought the Grilled Short Rib with Garlic Noodle dish sounded good, so I went for it. Everyone inside was extremely friendly to me and polite while I placed my order and waited for a short while. I like my food spicy, but I forgot to say anything about wanting extra heat while ordering. The gentleman at the register said he could include hot sauces for me, and I thanked him. I got my food to go as I planned to walk back to the hotel to eat, but when I opened it 5 minutes later in my room I was not disappointed. The meal was beautifully put together, and it was delicious. I squeezed the orange over the marinated beef, and I added the extra hot sauces: fantastic! I highly recommend trying Tha Siam if you are in the area.“

“We’ve been coming to Noodle 21 for over 5 years now, and it continues to be one of our favorite spots! My husband introduced me to this place, and over time I found my perfect pho order — #21 with thin egg noodles, no bean sprouts, and soup on the side.

Back in August 2024, the original owner told us he was leaving and passing the business on to his partner. He was always so kind, always made time to chat with us, and greeted us warmly every visit. I was pregnant at the time, so sadly, he never got to meet our baby — but we’re happy to say we’ve kept coming back and still love it just as much as day one.

The staff now is just as welcoming. They remember us, they remember our baby, and it truly feels like a place that values its regulars. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is comforting and familiar. We’re so glad this spot continues to thrive, and we look forward to many more meals here as a family.“
