50 Best Chicken Wings near Hermosa Beach

“These guys do a great job with everything. I love all of their hot sauces.“

“Muy buena la pizza 🍕 y barata“

“The location of the restaurant is smack center of downtown GSU, a young and vibrant, busy little area reminiscent of a ‘baby Manhattan’ but with nicer people and eco-friendly eateries. The interior is aesthetically pleasing with a black and yellow color scheme throughout the establishment, coordinated seating areas for dining in, and simple yet impactful decor with the background story of Mr. Fries Man framed along the walls. The atmosphere was welcoming and extremely professional and the fries themselves were everything! I had the shrimp and steak fries and they were fresh and hot, the steak cut into perfect bite size bits, the shrimp cooked perfectly, and the sauce a delicate balance between sweet and savory to tie it altogether *chefs kiss*. Overall perfect restaurant choice for anyone but especially college students and young professionals who want a satisfyingly delicious, quality meal without breaking the bank.“

“Me and my family loved it. I highly recommend it. Its considered the best pizza in the area. The taste was excellent, the texture was excellent. Pizza wasn't thick. We asked for it to be crunchy and they listened. The pizza is done fresh and prepared with loved. The have fresh ingredients. We got the xl pizza and it was very good. We finished.“

“Classic one-off, family-run diner. Small, simple...and excellent. We had grilled cheese, fries, burger, onion rings, carnitas burrito, carne asada fries, and chips with salsa. Every item was awesome. Made fresh, made real, made fast. And the one-man show (presumably Jose) was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would go again and would recommend to anyone.“

“It’s brand new and clean. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. It’s a very comfortable environment with electrical outlets and USB ports for your electronic devices. And the food! Best turkey burger I’ve had in the South Bay and those brussels sprouts are to die for. Go! Quickly! 😬❤️😬“

“Really really good I know I go to eat there at least three times a week.“

“Alibi Room was so much fun. Great patio space to make up for the tiny kitchen hehe. The permanent brick and mortar for Chef Roy Choi has been on my list for a bit now. I got the Kogi Sliders and some of their Korean fries. So much more I want to choose! Andrea was a great server!!“

“the chicken sandwich was awesome! 👍🏽✌🏽😎“

“Melissa it's amazing she works with you. She's patient. She's kind, a beautiful soul. Honestly, we need more workers like her. Y'all need to listen to me when I say this is the one you need to talk to me. I'm so proud to be alive and haven't met this person promote her tomorrow“

“The food is fantastic. I don't understand why people wait in line for crappy chicken down the street. Cane's and Chic-fil-a have nothing, I mean NOTHING, on Fyrebirds. Support small business, not to mention way better food! It's a no-brainer.“

“100/10. My son has been practically begging me to bring him to L.A. to try this food. Let me tell you the 2 1/2 hr drive was definitely worth it. He ordered the jerk chicken and it came with double mac & cheese, rice and peas, plantains and a drink (Kool-Aid) all this was $30.00 definitely a steal. The jerk chicken had the perfect blend of seasoning with the perfect amount of heat a little more sauce was needed the sauce is soooo good definitely needed more, mac & cheese a tad bit dry flavor was good, rice and peas are good, the plantains were perfect not overly sweet, Kool-aid had the perfect amount of sugar and tartness overall 100/10. Definitely coming back when in the area.“

“Lemon Pepper Dry & ATL special w/ Cajun fries 😋 Yummy!“

“So far I have tried the spicy Korean fried chicken bowl, pork belly bowl and japchae, all of delicious. Always fresh. My toddler only likes japchae from an AYCE kbbq in Garden Grove, but she has approved of yours. 10/10 every time. I am always greeted with a smile. I will keep coming back.“

“Been waiting to try this Korean fried chicken place out. Went with a group of 4. Everyone agreed it was excellent, delicious spicy fried chicken. Prices were good for the quality and portion sizes. Everyone said they would come back - and bring their other friends. Great food option in the neighborhood.“

“Never have I been disappointed or dissatisfied by the service or the food. I average going there about 2-4 times a month. Most of the time it’s taking family, friends and car club members there for good eats. Food is always fresh, hot and served fast.“

“We discovered this chain when we were in Palm Desert and so happy to know that it now is in the South Bay near where we live.

I would love to go to a location that has happy hour like the one in Palm Desert so hint hint if that can happen but legit great quality great food very happy.“

“Amazing pizza! This was our first time here, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great slice. The atmosphere was welcoming, and all of the employees were incredibly kind—especially Omar! He took the time to tell my husband and I about everything they offer and made us feel so welcomed. Great food, great service, and an overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend“

“Used the app to order and it was ready by the time I drove over to pick it up. Parking was an issue and I had to park on the street and walk over to the restaurant.

Glad to receive points as the closer location doesn’t provide points which is odd because you can order on the app from that location and the app even says “you’ll receive points for this order” and you don’t.“

“Great wing spot good flavor. I'd definitely recommend getting the family packs like the 25 or more. Fun for groups better to enjoy with friends. Sandwich is better than expected and fries are alot better as well. Very crispy Go Cajun when it comes to sandwich. Special sauce is very nice. Great selection in sauces.“

“Friendly customer service. Fresh Hot Food“

“Well, this place people are really nice, turkey sandwich is about $11. Best deal on the planet delicious sandwich. Pizza is great. They’ve got a great lunch special where you get a drink salad and two slices of pizza for nine dollars.“

“Th workers were really nice! I told them that this was my first time visiting and that I’d been following them for quite sometime. The young lady at the register took her time with me and was very warming. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and plain wings with the Buffalo sauce on the side and it was very tasty! I will be back in the near future!“

“The food was good . I enjoyed“

“The best in the West come down my amigos run this place I know them from the community the gym ect. YES THE GUY WHO WORKS HERE I KNOW FROM LA FITNESS GYM. I CAME IN YESTERDAY FOR LUNCH TUESDAY THE 13TH AND I NOTICED THE WORKER OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF THE STORE ARGUING WITH A WOMEN. YHE PROBLEM BECAME ONE WHEN HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD TAKE HER ORDER AND WAS NOT THERE TO DO SO ALL THE OTHER WORKERS WERE SAYING IT'S THAT GUY OUTSIDE SO I WENT TO GO GET HIM AFTER HE TOOK OUR ORDER HE TOLD ME HE DIDN'T APPRECIATE THE WAY I WENT AND GOT HIM AND I TOLD HIM WELL YOUR BOSS SENT ME OUT THERE TO GO GET YOU. BECAUSE YOU'RE THE ONLY PERSON THAT'S WORKING THE REGISTER.“

“Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to take any photos — that’s how good the pizza was. As soon as it came out, it was gone. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors well-balanced, and the crust perfectly prepared. Despite the exterior of the establishment not being particularly eye-catching, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Once you take that first bite, you’re no longer concerned with appearances — you’re simply enjoying a genuinely delicious pizza. Highly recommend.“

“Awesome I love the new spicy korean . I'll definitely eat it again“

“If you have ordered the food want to eat there, there is outdoor setting. They also deliver the food over to you with full package! Napkins, utensils, and good smile 😊“

“This is the best POPEYES around. Forget going to Carson or the one on Hawthorne ! The cashiers always help you get the best deals. 2 of them are my favorites and they deserve a raise. Most of the times customers come back for food, but sometimes customer choose to come back because they like the feeling of being welcomed and treated with respect. Nowadays everyone in fast foods have this grouchy face no smiles. I don't mind spending $20 for a meal for myself when I know my food was made and packaged with love 🤗“

“hands down thee best fried chicken & desserts“

“I found them on Yelp with a 4.5 rating and said I'm gonna try this place. I ordered a combo of catfish filet and oysters with fries and macaroni salad. The food was fresh, tasted great and plentiful. And I couldn't finish my meal because it was so much food. I highly recommend this place. The service was good also. I finally found my new go-to fried fish spot. Maybe I'll trying the orange roughy or lobster fried the next time. And don't forget the tartar sauce. It's off the chain, not that packaged stuff like some other places have.“

“Definitely the place to be on Sunday fun day! If you miss home in Hawaii, you'll feel like you are home not just because of the ono food but the incredibly courteous and caring staff. I drove up from Orange County and, the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an ALOHA and watched the place get packed. It was a perfect place to meet up with friends! Spam & eggs with rice for breakfast hit the spot. Malasadas are fresh and warm! Then they added live musicians playing Hawaiian music and I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend and plan to return again!“

“Stopped by because I wanted to try the rose mala Tteokbokki, IT DID NOT Disappoint!! It was sooooo good. We also go the bulgogi bowl, bomb. Also got the sweet & spicy wings, also super good.
Server was super friendly!! 10/10 coming again :D“

“We stopped by on Friday at 3:30/4 with a group of about 15 to enjoy a bite to eat and social hour after work and even tho it said they opened at 2, they were closed so we left and went to Ave Italy…“

“They have the perfect darling working at this Louisiana Chanel is perfect!! Her customer service is amazing. She friendly she smile. She got her job down to a science!! I stopped on my way to get my son from work and was happy that I did.. the chicken was fresh and hot.. she greeted everyone whom walked in with the same respect. Will visit again...“

“Ordered two large pizzas for delivery and was pleasantly surprised to see good looking, hot pizza upon delivery.
Ordered a Combination Pizza and a Margherita. Both were solid and the crust was cooked almost perfectly with a good crunch and good carriage, with only a slight flop. I did order extra sauce on the Combination, and it was not there. Had more sauce been added the rating would be a 4.5 Stars as it was slightly dry.“

“I was at this Raising Canes I like the atmosphere And I highly recommend you guys to bring your family inside/dine-in you’ll like it.“

“Love their signature Boneless Chicken Thighs and their potato salad too! 👍👍“

“There’s pizza is top notch! The crust is perfect. The staff was friendly and professional. Location is perfect for me. I have been disappointed by other pizza places too many times to remember. This is my new go to for family pizza night!!“

“Everything was wonderful as always“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hot Tender Wings is a hidden gem! You can really feel that this is a family-run business from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and family-oriented, and you feel right at home.

What really impressed me was the fusion of sushi and hot tender wings—such a unique combination, and they do both extremely well! The wings were nice, plump, juicy, and tender. There was absolutely nothing dry about them, and they were packed with flavor.

I also tried the California roll, and I was genuinely impressed. The sushi was fresh and very well made, and both the taste and the generous serving size exceeded my expectations.

It’s great to find a family-owned place that puts care into the quality of its food and creates such a welcoming environment. If you’re craving flavorful, juicy wings and well-made sushi, Hot Tender Wings is definitely worth checking out.

Highly recommended! 🌶️🍗🍣🙌“

“Right on the corner of Western and PCH, good location to stop by on the way somewhere!
Very clean, it was quiet, the staff was nice, the food was hot!
Love that they have a bathroom. Parking right in front, as You can see it’s in a little corner plaza, w other businesses.
They were pretty fast, no complaints from me, loved the fashionable clean decor.“

“He was very nice at the register and told us how to order. He gave us a large drink instead of a medium for my boyfriend and I. We got their new drink, their mango lemonade and it is very sweet and you can taste both the lemonade and mango. The fries are perfect and crispy.“

“Sweet Potato Pizza is awesome and Frisx Chicken with Korean Sauce is really delicious! Two Thumbs Up!“

“Pizza Kraft is hands down serving the best pizza in the South Bay! The crust, the toppings—everything was just perfect. Paired with an icy cold beer from the bar, it hit the spot in the best way. We also tried the wings, and they were incredible—crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. We'll definitely be back for more. A must-try if you're in the area!“

“I ordered three piece catfish that came with a piece of bread and I ordered dirty rice with it. It was amazing. Everything was tasty. I loved it and I also ordered two chicken wings. They were crispy flavored good. It was amazing. I’ll go back nowhere to say it’s just a place where you order and take it out to go.“

“We got the LA Dine week special and it was mouthwatering! The seafood salad starter as well as the Sweet Corn & Crespelle entree were amazing. Also, if you are adventurous, try the Garlic Knotini, a martini with - you guessed it - garlic in it ?“

“Just did a order pickup and this was 1st time going here..i was very impressed with the pizza..we got a standard peperroni and it wasnt greasy and crust was probably one of the top best crust I have tried...on a lot of pizza i dont eat the last edge of crust, but this pizza was fluffy and bread like rather then the heavy doughy crust that some pizzas have...service was great for a order pickup and it was nice that you get a text to let you know when the order is ready... we will be back again“

“Ordered a large Mussolini sub, super delicious🤤 almost ate the whole thing on my lunch break but my stomach gave up on the other half‼️😅
