We got the chicken box 2x half bird and 4 sides everyone in our group really like (buffalo cauliflower, spanish rice, broccoli and uptown mac n cheese. The dinner fed 5 people. Our favorite sauces were the salsa Verde and charred salsa. The guacamole was on point, we should've gotten more. We recommend this place and look forward to eating there again.“

I used to crave Thank You Chicken in K-town all the time, but since moving far away, I hadn't been able to have it. Luckily, I randomly discovered on Google Maps that there is a location in Lomita, and I immediately drove over!
My baby fell asleep in the car, so I originally placed a to-go order. However, while the owner was packing up the food, my baby woke up. I asked if we could switch to dine-in instead, and the owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming about it, saying it was absolutely no problem.
The chicken tasted just as amazing as I remembered, and the service was top-notch. I’m so glad I don’t have to drive all the way to K-town anymore. I will definitely be a regular here ☺“

“This is the best POPEYES around. Forget going to Carson or the one on Hawthorne ! The cashiers always help you get the best deals. 2 of them are my favorites and they deserve a raise. “Ok so I like thier setup inside the have the grill out separately with a blower taking out the smoke out of the location so you don't leave smelling like charcoal...they're menu is good several options and at least a couple of their plates come with a half baked potato which I really wasn't expecting but I loved it....chicken was cooked throughly no red meat...tasted good....sides are good but macaroni salad tasted food but needs something I added salt...aguas frescas were running low got one tasted good but prevention was lacking they were down to the last cup in those big jugs they need machines or something that circulates the waters keeping them looking as good as they taste...but parking is a little crazy got blocked in but an employee came out when inside and asked one of the other customers to move their car for me...the place just needs to have the ac on but overall the food was really good....service was good but they do get busy....expect a 15 to 20 minute wait on busy days...pick your time wisely but definitely this spot should be on your radar...“

They have a simple menu, but the food is consistently good. The salsa is very good and spicy. The chicken is rotisserie, and the beans and rice are fresh. I generally order in Spanish, only because I haven't witnessed anyone order in English. I could be making an assumption that you need to speak Spanish, but the menu is clear and yoi can get what you need. Your dollar stretches here!! I've fed my family of 3 for less that $20 and a group of 15 for less than $100. They will NOT disappoint.“
