I want to give a huge shoutout to Brittany, who works the night shift at Jack in the Box. Every time I visit, she’s absolutely awesome—always courteous, friendly, and incredibly patient, even when dealing with customers who clearly test anyone's limits.
She consistently keeps a positive attitude and a genuine smile on her face, even in the face of unruly or difficult guests. That kind of professionalism, especially during late shifts, is rare and deserves to be recognized.
Brittany truly stands out for her customer service skills and composure. I sincerely hope management considers promoting her to a shift leader or management role—she’s more than earned it.“
