Dining alone I walked to the bar, may I was in order. “Ichiban, tall.” The chef, Kazu, careful not to be seen in his quick study of customers, cleaning the skin from a salmon filet, sharp is his knife, asks if I’m ready. I order off the menu, otoro and uni sushi. “If you have it.” He does. It’s glorious. I ask for a plate of sashimi, his choice, “I like everything from tamago to saba” indicating my adventurous side despite my American heritage. Again he obliges. Textures, flavors, chile, wasabi, playing with my senses so delightful. Im floating now in the ether, buying a beer for the chef which he opens to a cheers, the universal language on a plate, a shared emotion, his love for craft apparent. I almost forgot my jacket by the time I cleared my plate. I never the question the price of the experience, as it is priceless. And this man, in this place, at this time in my life is worth every single penny. 2 thumbs up, a cheers and an applause. Thank you chef. “Came with my daughters to eat lunch. We ordered a lot of food. It came out in a short amount of time. Service was really great. Food was fresh and well prepared. Even though they were short staffed, they went the extra mile to keep the great food coming, and to keep our drinks filled and plates cleared. This family owned restaurant is a must try, in my opinion. Would definitely reccomend.“

Parking: Parking can be a little crazy as it's a busy complex. Lots of cars coming and going.

“Love this little place. There can be a wait, usually on Friday/ Saturday nights, but other days, quick to be seated. The food is always good. Sushi rolls are delicious. The bento box lunch/dinner is always an easy favorite. I have ordered the teriyaki beef, it's not sliced beef, it's more bits of beef. I ordered only once. The chicken and short rib galbi is good. The service is quick and friendly and you always end your meal with a little scoop of green tea ice cream with a bit of chocolate sauce drizzle! Always satisfying!“

“We have been looking for a good sushi restaurant. We have tried others in the area, but still not finding a place we would go back to. We were in the mood for sushi and once again were scrolling through Yelp when we saw 760 Sushi Bros, so we decided to give it a try. Well, what we found was a GREAT sushi restaurant. I agree with other reviewers that it is hard to find this little gem of a place. It is located in the corner of the strip mall. It is newly opened, and not a lot of seating, but don't let that turn you away because you will be missing out on such delicious sushi. We tried a variety of of different items, each and every one was amazing. They serve fresh ingredients, not fishy at all. You also get great service, which seems to be hard to find lately. You really must try 760 Sushi Bros. You will get great service, fantastic food, and will be helping out a family owned business. 760 Sushi Bros is our new go to place.“

“This place is the best japanese sushi restaurant I have ever been to. The service was just perfect. They even have a button on the table. So if you need something, you just push the button. The appetizers came out hot and fresh before the food. The entrees followed quickly after they had something for myself. My husband and my 5-year-old. Who doesn't eat sushi.The chicken noodles were to die for I. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the move for sushi.“

“I have been to so many sushi spots across the US. I'm a bit spoiled. To be honest, Yoshi is ok for locals. It couldn't stand on its on in the big city. The presentation was great. The rolls I had didn't hold up to its expectations. I left feeling a little let down. The rice was over sweetened and fish bland. For the price of the rolls, I don't see the value. I'm more critical in experience than in stars. If the service wasn't excellent, this place would fall apart. Every team member checked on us and was attentive to every customer, not calling for any of the patrons to need for anything. If I could give the team 10 stars , I would. I don't think I will visit again. This is a spot you have to try for yourself. I admit I am a sushi spot snob.“

Justin the sushi chef is absolutely the best. He’s sweet and funny and we always sit at the bar to enjoy our sushi and convo with him.“

“Went here for dinner, it wasn't packed. Seated immediately at the grill and the Chef was awesome! Service was attentive, answered every question. The Miso soup is my favorite, I ordered extra to take home, I got the steak and shrimp fried rice and it was absolutely delicious, hot off the grill. I wish I had a better appetite because everything was so delicious. I am always impressed with the food and service here, can't wait to go back!“
