Dining alone I walked to the bar, may I was in order. “Ichiban, tall.” The chef, Kazu, careful not to be seen in his quick study of customers, cleaning the skin from a salmon filet, sharp is his knife, asks if I’m ready. I order off the menu, otoro and uni sushi. “If you have it.” He does. It’s glorious. I ask for a plate of sashimi, his choice, “I like everything from tamago to saba” indicating my adventurous side despite my American heritage. Again he obliges. Textures, flavors, chile, wasabi, playing with my senses so delightful. Im floating now in the ether, buying a beer for the chef which he opens to a cheers, the universal language on a plate, a shared emotion, his love for craft apparent. I almost forgot my jacket by the time I cleared my plate. I never the question the price of the experience, as it is priceless. And this man, in this place, at this time in my life is worth every single penny. 2 thumbs up, a cheers and an applause. Thank you chef. “My grandma loves this place and she is very picky. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. Perfect for family, a friend's gathering, or a date. Service is excellent, they warmly welcome us in busy times and slow days. The servers check to make sure we are satisfied and if we need anything periodically but they do not pester. There is a tasty shisito pepper appetizer on the house and the food comes quickly. Every dish I have had is fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. This family business puts in the extra effort. You can really tell their heart goes into their work and taste the love in the meals they serve.“

I agree with other reviewers that it is hard to find this little gem of a place. It is located in the corner of the strip mall. It is newly opened, and not a lot of seating, but don't let that turn you away because you will be missing out on such delicious sushi. We tried a variety of of different items, each and every one was amazing. They serve fresh ingredients, not fishy at all. You also get great service, which seems to be hard to find lately. You really must try 760 Sushi Bros. You will get great service, fantastic food, and will be helping out a family owned business. 760 Sushi Bros is our new go to place.“

“Love this little place. There can be a wait, usually on Friday/ Saturday nights, but other days, quick to be seated. The food is always good. Sushi rolls are delicious. The bento box lunch/dinner is always an easy favorite. I have ordered the teriyaki beef, it's not sliced beef, it's more bits of beef. I ordered only once. The chicken and short rib galbi is good. The service is quick and friendly and you always end your meal with a little scoop of green tea ice cream with a bit of chocolate sauce drizzle! Always satisfying!“

“This place is the best japanese sushi restaurant I have ever been to. The service was just perfect. They even have a button on the table. So if you need something, you just push the button. The appetizers came out hot and fresh before the food. The entrees followed quickly after they had something for myself. My husband and my 5-year-old. Who doesn't eat sushi.The chicken noodles were to die for I. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the move for sushi.“

“I have been to so many sushi spots across the US. I'm a bit spoiled. To be honest, Yoshi is ok for locals. It couldn't stand on its on in the big city. The presentation was great. The rolls I had didn't hold up to its expectations. I left feeling a little let down. The rice was over sweetened and fish bland. For the price of the rolls, I don't see the value. I'm more critical in experience than in stars. If the service wasn't excellent, this place would fall apart. Every team member checked on us and was attentive to every customer, not calling for any of the patrons to need for anything. If I could give the team 10 stars , I would. I don't think I will visit again. This is a spot you have to try for yourself. I admit I am a sushi spot snob.“

I totally forgot to take pictures during this my first visit to this great place. I had been reading reviews on this place for at least two years, and honestly they weren't too good. But a few months ago I noticed the place had shut down for some improvements. Today when checked online it said it was open, so I finally decided to stop by and check it out, and I'm glad I did. First off they offer like a three to four hour lunch special on a daily basis. I believe it's their starter menu and they only charge $19.99, but it's only until 3:00. I arrived at the location at around 3:05 so I was late for the special. In which case the starter menu goes up to $35.99, which for a person like myself is a substantial hike in price. Needles to say I paid the regular price as I missed the 3:00pm deadline. All that said, the price was worth it. The food was all very fresh. The wait wasn't extremely long, and the service was phenomenal, which for me goes a long way. I had a young lady by the name of Paradise taking care of me, and she was very attentive, welcoming, always smiling, and just all around a great waitress. By the way, the rest of the crew was doing a fantastic job as well. All of them check on you continually to see if you need anything at all. I am so glad I checked this place out. I know I'll be visiting again soon.
