“Me, my partner, and our son love this place! We moved to San Bernardino about two years ago and this has become our sushi spot. The food is really good, even if your child doesn't like sushi they have different plates to choose from that they'd enjoy like my son does.
You u can tell the sushi chefs enjoy what they do because the sushi is always delicious and fresh.

The service is great too, all the servers have always been nice and polite, making sure you have everything you need. And the prices are very reasonable considering how good it is .

The atmosphere is quiet, the place is decorated nicely, an overall enjoyable place to sit and eat.

Definitely will continue to come here and would recommend!“

“We took my grandma and her friend to try sushi for the first time and the staff went out of their way to help serve my grandma's friend who has a severe gluten allergy. They were able to make her a gluten-free fried rice that was delicious and made it possible for her to eat with us. So thankful for their efforts and kindness ❤️“

“I didnt have any expectation when I came in, just finish up the gym and was just super hungry!

Surprisingly, the sushi quality are way better than I expected. The portions are way generous! For $12 dollar fried baby octopus they give like 8 pieces, for the salmon skin salad, i thought I would see this small bowl but it’s actually so huge that I can be full just by eating alone. And of course the main sashimi bowl, with gorgeous display~ Look at the picture and you’ll see!! Happy happy stomach!

I’ve had sushi from so many places, but THIS spot blows every other one out of the water. The food is insanely fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic — like melt-in-your-mouth good. The sushi chef (I didn’t catch his name, but he deserves a trophy) is not only incredibly skilled, but also so kind and welcoming. It was my first time here and he surprised me with a free roll on the house — who does that anymore?!
This place is a diamond in the rough and I’m honestly shocked it’s not already famous. If you’re even thinking about trying it, GO. RIGHT. NOW. You’ll thank me later.“

“I absolutely love Sushi Tomo, I was put on by a coworker about a year ago and have been hooked ever since. The chef prides himself on high quality ingredients and customer service. There have been times when I've brought friends and family here, and the chef sent out special menu items for the table, free of charge. The wait staff are very friendly and attentive to their customers. The AYCE here is affordable and has a wide range of items to choose from, from miso soup to teriyaki chicken & beef to many delicious sushi rolls, nigiri, and maki. “After traveling across the globe and tasting sushi in its birthplace Japan, I can confirm by confidence that they have the best sushi and service in town. The only thing they’re lacking is the real wasabi on their menu, unlike their Japanese counterparts. Although, that can be a blessing for ones who aren’t used to the strong kick of the real thing. We really love the welcoming ambience, and enjoy our time there as a family!!! They always strive for excellence!!“

“My hubby and I come here often for date nights on a weekday or occasionally for someone's birthday. It's centrally located and across from the Harkins Movie Theater where we love watching movies. We really enjoy the happy hour at Shiki and my favorite drink there is the Mai Tai, but otherwise I'm a tequila girl. We usually sit at the bar for our date nights before watching a movie.

Two weeks ago I ordered a tequila soda water and a baked salmon roll. My hubby ordered a teriyaki entrée that comes with miso soup, salad and white rice too, but we upgraded to the house fried rice to share. We love us some fried rice and I normally eat the miso soup lol.

Other than long wait times when having a large party, service has always been good in all of our experiences there. We've done all the dining experiences they have to offer too! When they're busy it may take a little longer for the food to come out, but it's worth the wait. I love their ramen as well. I will update with another visit soon!“

“A restaurant we stopped by on the way from LA to the Grand Canyon! Maybe it's a local restaurant, but there are a lot of local customers. The store is clean and the raw fish is fresh, so it seems like a good place to stop by while traveling.“

“Friendly staff, immediate seating, and the sushi was perfect. The rice was tender with exactly the correct amount of vinegar, the fish was incredibly fresh and well prepared, and every single thing that I ordered was made with careful consideration.

I had the octopus, escolar, and surf clam nigiri, spicy scallop hand rolls, salmon carpaccio, and seared escolar. They were all incredibly well prepared with well-balanced sauce/togarashi.

I love that the sushi is also sized correctly, each piece is actually a single bite the way they're traditionally intended to be served.
