“Despite other reviews, today was a great experience for my husband and I. We got the $20 fill up box, 1small coleslaw, 1small mash/gravy and 2 medium drinks. I gave the food a 4 star only because it did not look like the advertisement? (but my husband says it was still delicious?. Service was awesome. The cashier who took our order was curtious and and the African American worker we think he's the manager because he was very attentive and very welcoming and accommodating. We totally appreciate today's service especially during this 100+° weather we had today.“

“Food was immaculate just incredible, I’ve never tasted something this good in my life ! I definitely recommend coming here. If you love chicken the way I do, this is the perfect spot for you. The wait time was less than 10 minutes, I was surprised seeing how it was busy but they got to everyone quick. I received the best service from the cashier Joey, he had such a great attitude, and very polite !“

“This pizza spot is a hidden gem! I’m not sure how long it’s been open looks fairly new but the spaghetti was delicious! And omg the bread sticks were cooked perfectly they were super soft and you can tell they were made fresh, the portion sizes are big as well we also got a garden salad it was super fresh, customer service was great they were so friendly and filled us in on there menu and what there fave food items they recommend will definitely be going back!“

“This place was so good. Wish I lived nearby. The chicken was delicious. I got mild and it still had a kick. The fried pickles were delicious and the Nashville cheese curds were also good. The ranch dip was a highlight I wasn’t expecting. So good!!!“

“I must admit I did not have high hopes for this place. My husband and I had never heard of it. We decided to give it a try. We entered the restaurant and the young man behind the counter was very helpful. He noticed we were slightly overwhelmed by the selection of food and offered samples. Everything we tried was very tasty. They even had Champurrado and it hit the spot, it was the perfect balance. We ordered a chicken plate and a birria plate. The birria was very well seasoned and the beans and rice did not lack flavor. This is one of our fave spots now! The restaurant is always empty when we go so we always decide to eat in. They have salsas and condiments available in the dining room.“

“I had the garlic wings and personally I love the flavor and how crispy the were on a scale those two elements give it a 10/10. I would recommend getting boneless same experience more chicken and it's the same price all of which I realized after I got my wings. The service is good compared to when they first opened but it still has a long wait for getting your order. We came when it wasn't busy at all and it's was a 25-30 minute wait. Definitely pricier too then other Korean fried chicken places. In LA we paid less for more but in terms of flavor and crunchiness this place is better“

“Extremely fast service, by the time I sit down my food is at the counter, love the food it's always fresh and delicious. The music is a little loud but overall the decor is cool and focuses on Redlands history which is a nice touch! Go here all the time“

“My 10 year old daughter really wanted to go to El Pollo Loco, I insisted we come here. She ate so much chicken and was mostly silent during the meal. Shortly in the car later she says she can’t stop thinking about the chicken and that she loves that chicken. Shes not one to talk much and have never heard her rave about food so much.“

“I order there 3-4 times a week. Great service, and a employee named Phillipe, who has great customer service every single time helps to make sure my crazy order gets done correctly. But all the other staff are super friendly and SUPER helpful.Great for every time.“

“The USA ones are not the same as El Salvador's chicken, but its as close to home as you can get. The chicken is never dry. Always juicy and the skin has the perfect amount of spices. The smell going into the restaurant takes my soul back home. Wish they had Salvadoran horchata though. Service is quick here, chick is always hot and fresh“

“This is one of my favorite locations. It's always clean and the best place to go when it's super hot out because their AC is so strong. The staff is friendly and helpful. We've been here many times either for dining inside or going through the drive thru. And their food is freshly made and delicious.“

“Situated in a nice area. Close to the I-10 freeway. Decent size parking lot. The shop is clean & tidy. Restrooms are also kept clean. The customer service is okay but can be improved. An average shop/ restaurant of the El pollo loco chain. They were better in service & in food taste. But I think their manager & cook both have changed. The food service portion got less. The tostada, salads & chicken doesn’t taste that good any more. So, quantity & quality both have declined. This was my favourite El Pollo Loco. But, no more..I'm gonna revisit a couple more times & shall update my review more negative or positive according to their service & food.“
