“I'm a regular customer at this location, but my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. The drive-thru frequently has only one operational lane, leading to long waits and forcing me to go to the window to order while other cars pass by.
Additionally, for my last 10+ visits, the french fries have been old and oversalted. Today was particularly frustrating: we waited over 10 minutes for two double cheeseburgers because our order was forgotten, causing me to be late for work. Consistent issues like these are unacceptable, especially for frequent customers.“
