“My mother came in with a coupon of buy a combo and get a famous star for free. She had to verbally fight for the coupon to be accepted. The manager was persistent in giving her a 20% off which in my opinion doesn’t make any sense? Why make the coupon at all at that point if you have managers that don’t want to honor them?
Thankfully another manager stepped and resolved the issue with ease and she got her Famous Star! The food is rather tasty and quite fresh for fast food stores! Personally it’s still good in my opinion aside from this whole situation!“

He listened carefully, repeated back my final selections perfectly, and even brought my order out to me with a smile! You were great, Ricky!! Keep up the good work!“

Also I suggest trying the barbecue chicken salad (get the baked chicken) with one extra side of BBQ sauce and one extra side of ranch yummy yummy salad I compare it to Red Robin barbecue chicken salad. This was not listed on my suggestions so I'm suggesting it here.“

“I was so impressed with this place. My food was delicious, they were playing The Grinch on their large screen,, the gentleman in charge had his small kids there while working. His son who was about ten-years-old was putting pizza boxes together, and he strolled his daughter in a stroller around asking everyone how things were. At a time like this when nobody wants to work he’s still doing it with his young son and toddler right beside him. I was truly impressed. Then on the right side of me two nice gentleman were ’there with their daughter talking about rolls and cartwheels, some meet they’d just come from with their kids and I was thinking,”Wow! What an amazing world we live in!” Blaze Pizza really opened my eyes to how much further we’ve come to a positive environment where you can do what you want or need to without backlash. “Very friendly wonderful people working there, excellent quick service and delicious food. It had to have been close to 20 years since Mom and I had eaten at Arby's as there is not one that close to her home. So it was a wonderful treat for us and we will be back for sure! Only negative is I slipped on a wet spot on the floor. Luckily I was able to stop myself from falling. Another patron saw what happened and reported it to the people working there who promptly came out to make sure I was alright. Like I said before, wonderful staff and food and we will be back!“

“I love coming to get the family pack. Hands down the most affordable in town. I would know because I have been to most if not all the places in town that offer a "family pack" and so far, this place wins price wise. The quality is always great! Having a family of 6 is at times hard when wanting to splurge something quick to feed us all. This place always hits the spot with its 5 burger combo, especially when I'm on a budget. If I had anything critical to say, it would be the onions at times are too think cut for my liking, so it's mostly thrown out. I don't mind onions on it, but when the cut is as thick as my pinky finger, it's no longer enjoyable. I'm not saying this to complain, only stating that not all things are perfect, so if anything was to be said, it would be that. There's nothing to cry about. Just simply take it out, and it's still a great meal. If I had a pro tip for you all, it would be you state you want easy ice for all drinks. Or else the ice won't be so easy ?
Either way, with those 2 things said, this is still my go-to place for a burger family pack every time! It is definitely worth a shot. Other items I recommend are the zucchini fries and the onion rings

“John was just a wonderful sight to see after me being in the ER for 4hrs i was starving and worn down. Carl’s was on the way home. John, smile and energy immediately lifted me up. He took my order and was very patient and offering different choices for the best for my buck along with accommodating to my food sensitivities. He told me I was very happy and I told him I just got out of the ER and coming to a smiling face is exactly what I needed. FYI.. “The food was edible that should say enough 6/10. The people that work there were very nice. Though that's why I am giving a good 4 star rating also... my stomach said before eating hey we need to go number 2 like now now... so before getting my food I used the restroom and surprisingly enough it was very clean the staff seems to be doing a good job at keeping this place clean better than locations in perris, moreno valley and riverside.

“I am extremely shocked by the reviews. I dined in today on my lunch break between court appearances. There was no line to order and the process was very quick. The wait time for food was reasonable for a lunch hour. As I was waiting, I observed several employees cleaning, asking to clear plates, asking guests for refills and chatting. The human interaction was great and I feel like as a society we are truly lacking more of that interaction. I was very impressed with an employee named Kathy. She was always on the go and asking all guests if they needed anything. I never saw one person throw their own trash away since she stopped them to take their dirty trays away.

Very impressed with this store and their top notch service. Will be back.“

“Typical Chick-Fil-A with two notable exceptions.

First, this location is rarely busy. The drive-thru and dining typically have a very short line (or no line).

Second, there is no curbside pickup. They have spaces for curbside pickup, but they don't actually offer it.“

“I was very disappointed by my last choice in Asian cuisine. They were rude, opened late, and even more rude. So I waited 20 minutes and came here instead. They are open early, happy and eager to serve. I will not go back to the other one on stetson and esplanade again. I'll gladly wait to come here. “I usually get drive thru here before work. Ashley is very polite and asks how my morning is or my day is going when I need to wait for the food which makes waiting less frustrating. “Hands down the best Taco Bell around. This is also the only fast food restaurant in San Jacinto that doesn’t make you park when going through the drive through. The food and customer service are top notch. The other fast food restaurants around San Jacinto should take note on how a restaurant should be run.“
