“I ordered online and because online I couldn't do specificrequests, so I called the store I can't remember the lady I spoke with. However, she was so super nice. Assisted me with all my needs & I wanted no ice in my drink & there was no option for that so I had to call and tell them I wanted no ice in my drink and everything came perfect I love that store even though there's a closer KFC to me I prefer going to this store all the time... I always go the extra mile, two, or three. Whatever it takes to get to this KFC...“
“Well...I wanted an specific offer they had in their app...but this location didn't carried it, also there was a promo that supposedly triple your points, they didn't honor that and I finished getting something to fill my stomach, but not really what I really wanted on the first place. This location needs to be refurbished looks like you travel in time 30 yrs ago and have better customer service indeed.“
