KFC in Anaheim

“I had a really great experience at KFC. I recently had all of my teeth removed due to dental work, so finding things I can actually eat has been a challenge. The staff here were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding when I explained my situation.

Instead of just brushing me off, they took the time to go over a few options with me and help me figure out what would work. We ended up choosing the chicken pot pie, and it was honestly perfect—soft, easy to eat, and really delicious. It also tasted fresh, which made it even better.

Since that visit, I’ve been coming back about once a week just to get that same chicken pot pie. It’s been a go-to for me. The Famous Bowl is also really good and another solid option.

Overall, I’m just really grateful for the kindness and customer service I received. It made a tough situation a lot easier.“

“Excellent experience at this establishment staff were upfront and welcoming food was delicious and freshly made although i personally think the chicken sandwich was a little smaller than expected but other than that food was perfect they did lack basic cleaning in the restroom doesn't look li& smell cleaned at all.“

I'd stoped in the previous evening to pick up their Tuesday 8-piece extra crispy special, and when I got home, the quality looked sub-par, with almost no skin or batter. I came back the next day, explained the problem and got a fresh new replacement.
