8:30 PM 1/4/2023 - I just came back home from the KFC drive thru and ordered 2 combos. A 3 piece chicken combo and a chicken sandwich combo. Both ordered with a mac and cheese as the side. I come home to see that one of the two mac and cheeses is missing although clearly stated on the receipt that it was supposed to come with my combo. The girl working behind the counter needs to learn some manners . I was waiting for someone to get my order and she came with attitude that "don't you see the kiosk ,you gotta order there " .I own a fastfood too but that's not how you treat your customer .

The last two visits were horrible. One time the pieces were very tiny. Looked as though they used baby chickens. Bucket of 12 went fast due to tiny sizes. Three days ago ordered regular chicken. Got extra crispy. Pulled coating off and chicken underneath looked over cooked or stale.
